🤝Our partners at Unikit have released three new Android apps for rent — Tower Rush, Big Bass and Olympus (Zeus), designed to stay profitable even in a volatile market.
The apps are optimized for all major traffic sources — Facebook, Google, TikTok, in‑app and push — with fresh, trusted code and UI/UX focused on driving users to the target action.
Together with Unikit’s pre‑landing and creative generator, this becomes a ready‑to‑run ecosystem: fast launch, quick testing, and scaling only what works. The apps are already available in the Unikit dashboard — you can grab them while GEOs are still open.

USDC/USDT (BEP-20) transactions currently unavailable
Due to technical reasons, payments to USDT and USDC wallets on the BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain) network are temporarily unavailable.
Deposits and withdrawals on specific networks are often paused during wallet maintenance or infrastructure updates to ensure security and correct processing of transactions. Operations on other supported networks remain unaffected, and funds that have already been credited to accounts are safe.We will inform users as soon as BEP-20 payments for USDT and USDC are fully restored. In the meantime, please avoid sending transactions to BEP-20 USDT/USDC addresses to prevent delays or potential loss of funds. 👥Support

🌎 From a $53B bid for PayPal to MiCA reshaping stablecoins and AI‑driven ads going mainstream — here are 5 signals we’re watching closely as a financial infrastructure for affiliate and digital business.
⏩ 1. Stripe & Advent want to buy PayPal
Stripe and Advent International have made a joint offer to buy PayPal for over $53 billion, at $60.50 per share.
Signal: Big payment platforms keep merging and consolidating. For online business, it means fewer but larger ecosystems that cover more countries and payment methods.
⏩ 2. Mastercard trims, Equifax expands
Mastercard is considering selling a majority stake in its UK payments unit Vocalink back to local banks. Equifax is buying Mexican credit bureau Círculo de Crédito in a $750 million deal.
Signal: Big players focus on their most profitable core products, while buying into new growth markets. For digital companies, this means more regulated rails, but also more local complexity in new GEOs.
⏩ 3. MiCA pushes USDT out of Europe
Revolut will delist USDT for customers in the EEA and Switzerland, following the new MiCA rules. Tether loses access to many regulated European venues, while regulated stablecoins like USDC and EURC gain share.
Signal: Regulated stablecoins become the default option in Europe. Payment and crypto services must support compliant tokens and be ready to switch away from “grey zone” assets.
⏩ 4. Paytm gets a European payments license
Paytm Europe Payments has received a payment institution license from Luxembourg’s CSSF and is now on the official list of payment institutions as of July 2, 2026.
Signal: Indian fintech giants are entering Europe through local regulation. Competition in consumer payments grows, and businesses need infrastructure that can connect to many different providers.
⏩ 5. AI‑driven ads and TikTok Shop keep growing
Marketing trend reports show more “agentic” Google Ads (AI‑run campaigns), more creator‑led optimization (creator AEO), and steady growth of TikTok Shop as a shopping channel.
Signal: Traffic buying is getting faster and more automated, spread across many platforms. This increases the need for simple, reliable payments and payouts that don’t slow down campaigns.

One of the most common questions our support team hears is: “Where is my money?”💲
In most cases, everything is fine — the payment is just moving across different rails that are not designed to be instant. In this carousel, we break down how long different types of transfers usually take and what really affects speed.

🌎 Fintech giants keep merging, MicroStrategy drops its "never sell" rule, and Swift launches its own blockchain ledger.
⏩1. Kraken's parent Payward closes $600M deal for Reap Technologies
Payward, Kraken's parent company, is finalizing its $600M purchase of Hong Kong-based Reap Technologies. Reap brings stablecoin-powered card issuance and cross-border payments — helping Kraken expand beyond crypto trading into full business finance infrastructure across Asia.
⏩2. Strategy (MicroStrategy) drops its "never sell Bitcoin" rule
Michael Saylor's Strategy adopted a new framework allowing it to sell up to $1.25B in Bitcoin to fund dividends and buybacks. This ends years of a strict "never sell" stance and marks a real shift in how the biggest corporate Bitcoin holder manages its treasury.
⏩3. Swift launches blockchain ledger with 17 global banks
On July 9, Swift announced its blockchain ledger is ready for pilot use, supporting 24/7 cross-border payments with tokenized bank deposits. Seventeen banks across six continents joined the pilot, letting customers move funds overnight and on weekends before final settlement completes through the legacy system.
⏩4. Affiliate marketing gets more compliance oversight
The APMA launched a new Compliance Reporting Portal to strengthen standards across the affiliate marketing industry. It's a sign that the affiliate space is professionalizing, with clearer rules for tracking and disclosure as regulatory scrutiny grows.

🌎 Europe launches a shared wallet, banks build their own stablecoin, and France just saw an AI agent pay for something on its own.
⏩1. Wero replaces Payconiq in Luxembourg
Four Luxembourg banks launched the pan-European wallet Wero. It now works in Germany, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg — 55 million users total. Payconiq will be shut down by September 2026.
⏩2. 140+ companies launch Open USD stablecoin
Google, Samsung, Coinbase, Visa, Mastercard, Stripe and others are jointly launching a stablecoin called Open USD. The idea: build a coin backed by the whole industry, not just one company. It's expected to go live later this year.
⏩3. France's first fully AI-agent payment
Worldline, Mastercard, and Crédit Agricole completed France's first fully autonomous payment made by an AI agent. The bank verified and approved it just like any normal transaction. A real early example of agentic payments in action.
⏩ 4. India: money transferred from Australia in 37 seconds
Standard Chartered processed India's first transfer under Swift's new retail payments scheme. Money arrived from Australia in just 37 seconds, with no hidden fees and no FX losses.
⏩5. Meta shows off AI-made ads at Cannes Lions
Meta unveiled a tool that builds ad creative automatically based on campaign performance. Agency WPP is the first to test it. Meta wants to control the whole loop — from data to finished ad — inside its own platform.

3 mistakes that make your crypto transfer disappear
Capitalist support gets the same ticket every day:
"I sent the money, but it never arrived."
In 9 out of 10 cases, it's not a system issue. Here are the three most common causes.
1️⃣ Wrong network — sent USDT via TRC-20 when the system expected ERC-20 (or vice versa). The funds don't disappear — they get stuck between networks.
2️⃣ Limits not respected — trying to top up below or above the allowed threshold. The transaction simply doesn't go through.
3️⃣ Wrong token sent — sent a different token than the one supported by the system.
How to avoid it: always double-check the network, currency, and limits against the details in your account before sending. It takes 30 seconds — and saves hours of back-and-forth with support.
If your transfer is still stuck — reach out to support, we'll sort it out 👉Support

🌎 📰Fintech Digest | June 22–29, 2026 MiCA era begins, AI infrastructure absorbs capital — here's what happened this week.
⏩1. Binance exits EU — MiCA deadline has arrived
Binance withdrew its MiCA application in Greece just two days before the July 1 deadline, after regulators signaled they would reject it. OKX's EU head warned that ~80% of crypto exchanges won't survive the MiCA transition. Meanwhile, Coinbase (Luxembourg), Kraken (Ireland), and OKX (Malta) already hold passported licenses covering the entire EU. Size doesn't replace a license.
⏩ 2. Airwallex raises $320M — valued at $11B
Payments platform Airwallex closed a Series H round on June 25, raising $320M and lifting its valuation by 38% since December 2025 ($8B → $11B). Funds will go toward AI-native products for agentic commerce — where AI agents autonomously handle business payments. The round was led by Addition, with participation from Amex Ventures, T. Rowe Price, and Baillie Gifford.
⏩ 3. SBI Holdings acquires Bitbank for $289M
Japanese financial giant SBI Holdings agreed to acquire 100% of crypto exchange Bitbank for ~¥46.7B ($289M). Once the deal closes in October 2026, the combined entity will become Japan's largest regulated crypto operator — ~$6.8B AUC and 2.92M accounts. Traditional finance is absorbing crypto infrastructure, not competing with it.
⏩ 4. ESMA: unlicensed crypto firms must wind down in EU
Europe's securities regulator ESMA formally ordered unauthorized crypto firms to exit the EU in an orderly manner and protect client funds. The MiCA transition period ended July 1, 2026 — operating without a CASP license is now illegal. No extensions. No grace periods. This is a permanent market restructuring.
⏩ 5. OpenAI enters advertising — "We are clearly in the ad business now"
At its first-ever Cannes Lions appearance (June 23–25), OpenAI declared itself an advertising company. Head of global ads Dave Dugan — a 12-year Meta veteran — said ~20% of ChatGPT's 900M weekly users have direct commercial intent. OpenAI projects $2.5B in ad revenue for 2026 and a $100B target by 2030. A new gatekeeper just entered the ad market.

You hit "Send" — what happens in the next second? ⏳
"With a traditional bank, a transaction passes through 3–5 intermediaries, and each one adds time. With a payment system built for speed, it works differently. At Capitalist, transfers within the system are instant — because the money doesn't “go somewhere”. It simply updates a record in a shared ledger. No correspondent banks, no SWIFT waiting room. For external destinations — cards, crypto, bank accounts — speed depends on the channel. For crypto it’s minutes. For cards — seconds to a few minutes. SWIFT is a different story altogether as it operates in batches, not in real time."That's exactly why affiliates and digital teams choose Capitalist for mass payouts: it’s predictable, fast, with no surprises. One of the most frequent questions a payment provider answers is why there’s a fee for every transaction. ➗
That is the wrong question to ask. The real one is who actually carries the risk — you or your payment infrastructure.
Here’s how that risk shifts when you work directly with a bank vs. through a payment service like Capitalist. 🗣️
