What happens to the price of a car over time in this country? What happens to the price of a computer? A mobile phone? Furniture? A carpet? Clothes? What happens to the price of a plot of land in Australia? The value of the house that sits on the land still behaves like a car, computer, furniture etc, yet the land itself increases in price well beyond the depreciation of the house. This can only occur with an increasing population and a banking system that is built on usury of fake money. End mass non white immigration, change the banking system, enable every family in the country to own their own home.

The housing market correction continues. We're getting within the ballpark of the biggest decline-from-peak (as %) ever in Sydney and Melbourne. This is still mild compared to the huge immigration-induced run up we've had post lockdown. And still mild in nominal terms. We hope it continues. The housing market ponzi is the load-bearing element of Australia's entire fake economy and mass migration for-profit system. Burn. It. Down. Start again. More affordable housing is a net positive so long as the gov doesn't use a correcting housing market as a reason to increase immigration to juice the market again.

Sadly, as long as immigration remains high, the price of housing will continue to rise. Interest rate hikes and other pressures can only cause temporary drops. More people will share houses to afford a roof over their heads but the Ponzi scheme will continue. The only change will be, that as the boomers die off and the following generations realise the inherretence was reverse mortgaged away and death taxes take anything left over, the number of selfish whites riding the property price increase will reduce drastically. Expect more and more whites, especially younger ones, to be angry in the future about the cost of housing.

Never forget that supposedly according to Brendan Lim (SC btw), silencing White Australians and jailing them for hypothetically upsetting non-Whites, is good for total free speech. Every racist silenced and jailed by the state for speech, actually means total free speech goes up (somehow)

Recently a few people have asked me about death threats or just threats generally. I think I have some good insight into this, I might even save you some trouble (this is for men). The key to dealing with threats and persevering in spite of them is to: a) understand the nature of people who make threats, and b) be a death appreciator. Weak people make threats. Anyone threatening you is usually projecting their own frail state of mind onto you, presuming you’re weak enough to care or react. People are moved by two levers: fear and self-interest. This is rarely conducive to actually following through on a threat. But due to ‘diversity’ and considering that everyone is on drugs, at least once in your lifetime someone will steal your stuff and try to stab you in the process. They might even try to kill you or someone you care about for <motive unknown>. When that happens, if you can’t get away then fight them. Do not just stand there getting holes put in you. Don’t cower or plead. Just fight, even if you die. Your adrenal glands will protect you from pain. It’s wise to be grateful for the opportunity to do this because the alternative is to die from disease, as an old man in a hospital bed on fentanyl and covered in your own shit. In summary: Threats are gay. They’re almost never worth an atom of your energy. And on that rare occasion where a threat does manifest into real world stuff, embrace the opportunity and go hard. Your opponent will probably balk anyway. I’m not just writing this to be edgy or to impress anybody. This is (in my opinion) just the most objective and pragmatic way for men to deal with threats.

The supposed reason for having bankers in charge of money printing and having it borrowed into existence with interest payments attached is because allowing governments to be in control of money would lead to Zimbabwe or Venezuela. Governments cant be trusted is the trope. Yet the rules of the current system are still set by government, so why couldnt we just fix rules in place for a different system as well? A system where the government prints its own currency and doesnt allow it to be borrowed into existence. With strict rules about when new currency can be created and strict limits on how much can be created. There is no reason for interest rates to go up and down other than the fact that the very thing central banks were supposedly created to stop (printing money out of thin air and causing inflation) is the very basis of the system.

Good first impression of this pastor. Decided to watch this lecture about the origins of feminism and its well researched and has good biblical theology to enhance its accademic arguments.
