Following our request regarding the Wi-Fi problems at Jan-Moscov Library, we have received an official response from the concerned office. The updates are as follows: 1. 3rd Floor Wi-Fi: The issue was resolved yesterday, and the service is expected to be available. 2. 4th Floor Wi-Fi: A Wi-Fi access point has been installed. However, it is not yet operational because the network switch has no power supply. The concerned office has requested that the power issue be resolved, and the Wi-Fi will be fixed as soon as power is available. 3. 2nd-Year Students: The office has acknowledged the issue and will create the necessary credentials for students who need access. 4. 3rd-Year Students: The issue has also been brought to the office's attention and will be reviewed.
