❗ UPDATE | Faizabad, Badakhshan: ISKP has now claimed responsibility for the 28 September vehicle blast near the Taliban Directorate of Mines, stating that a car bomb targeted a Taliban intelligence officer. ⭐ISKP claims 1 guard was killed and the officer and another guard wounded. AFF had previously claimed the same attack, reporting 3 Taliban personnel killed and 2 wounded. Neither attribution/casualty claim has been independently verified.
