· Coordinate payroll preparation and employee compensation processes.
· Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and personnel records.
· Contribute to organizational strategic planning and workforce development initiatives.
· Advice senior management on human resource and organizational development matters.
· Monitor workforce trends and recommend staffing solutions.
· Serve as a liaison between management and employees.

· Coordinate recruitment, selection, interviewing, hiring, and on boarding

· Ensure staffing levels are adequate to support quality resident care and operational requirements.
· Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters fairly and professionally·
Develop job descriptions and update them regularly.
· Coordinate background checks, credential verification, and employee reference checks.
· Provide guidance to supervisors on employee management issues.
· Assist department managers in establishing performance objectives and improvement plans.
· Monitor employee performance and recommend corrective actions where appropriate.
