oh and - do not underestimate how much time and effort it will take to develop formal relationships w/ tardfi instis.

oh and tangent to this - if you haven't already, do look up tax implications on trading crypto tardfi instruments over direct crypto in your jurisdictions. highly jurisdiction specific but for example in singapore under structures like a 13O it is significantly better to trade them in tardfi instruments instead where possible.

with all the hacks going on - crowdsourcing here for an informed view on what the ideal setup is for crypto rn. e.g. - which apple devices would you buy, how would you set it up, what muiltisig and so on.

separately, curious if anyone has stopped using PRs and instead just push to main + rely on CI. ampcode has been a proponent for this and they’ve been constantly ahead of the curve. curious how that worked out for yall. my bottleneck is increasingly CI w my latest workflow changes

i think subscription subsidies will only continue to erode from here so if you have stuff you’ve been wanting to build best to get on them asap

i’m incinerating tokens though - def not efficient usage cos the coordinator threads are constantly reading other threads’ transcripts (due to running out of context, compaction not reliable etc)

ironically the direction that seems to work best for me for now is using /goal to manage other threads’ /goals lol. also built a centralised service that serves as the store of truth / single coordination point for all thread lifecycles. seems to work quite well for long duration tasks now

some decent recommendations in the comments - cheers! always happy to discuss ai & ai tooling!

also not to start a religion war - but i found my experience working w clankers (i dont read any code) to improve quite a bit using golang. i dont need to use rust for the stuff im building and its been a bliss over using tons of typescript+python.

the problem with /goal is that you have to define an outcome initially - but it’s not natural ux imo. most of my prompts are a long yap that might not necessarily contain clearly defined outcomes. v curious if anyone has solved this well yet

for those of you who multi account - curious what your setup is. i run 5 codex and 2 claude max subs rn, using omp. biggest issue i face is babysitting threads for trivial approvals. curious how you deal w this. i was thinking of implementing a background llm observer that reads all my transcripts (triggered by hooks) and makes notes / auto-replies for trivial stuff. /goal mode has been ok-ish but i feel like it’s a ux that shouldn’t even exist. agent should know to keep going basically

final non-mkt related yap it surprises me just how resistant people still are to adopting LLMs. i’d encourage you to do so if
