You must gather your resolve and penetrate to that level inside where discipline and vision can shake hands To place foot after foot throwing everything overboard that is not required for the arduous journey ahead - WE ARE SAILING THROUGH STORMS, SAILOR. Best not to have ANY dead weight! Every day to show up to the coalmines, grin on your face, oil lamp in hand … perhaps today will be the day you stumble upon DIAMONDS. Guess what, you will never know unless you descend. You must strike a balance between knowing when to be delusional and when to be extremely grounded. Ground in assessing current position. (Reality based) Delusional in projecting the heights of what’s possible for you, and what’s within your reach. (Dream based) You need both.

I reckon you would also agree that a person who has a good life can never become a man, a man capable of withstanding and staying calm in hardships and enduring the burdens of life. what differentiates a man from a child is deep suffering over a pretty significant period of time which is then overcome and integrated as part of oneself. all that half-hearted, undecisive and childish parts of oneself, that was dead wood all along is burned and what remains is an actual Man, a serious one, capable of staying calm in all circumstances and weathering the storms of life. a Man unlike a woman doesn't need good shelter or upbringing, the tougher his upbringing, the better, as long as its overcome and integrated, otherwise he is just is your next street homeless man still a man is not a man even if he is fifty years old until he is mature, calm, serious and can see through things having gathered wisdom through suffering and overcoming He can take on responsibiliy, shoulder it, overcome it and take on anything. Hardships are what forge a man, without suffering and hardships, he cannot evolve, he will always remain just a kid

When you meditate, remove your body and mind and hang them in the closet, just like your clothes. Hang your speech. You don't need to communicate when meditating. Hang the thought generator. It doesn't matter that the generator is still running on its own. In meditation, the generator is not necessary, nor do you need it to stop generating thoughts either. However, it will stop eventually. Hang your compulsion to entertain yourself. You don't need it in meditation, either. Hang your organs. Your heart, stomach, and lungs. They will continue to do their job on their own. Hang your six senses. Sight, smell, touch, taste, hearing and mind. They will continue to be aware without your consent. Your entire body and mind will continue to function without your consent because they arise when their conditions are present and not when you want them to appear. Hang yourself and rest from being. Everything you hang in the closet when meditating will return to its natural state.
