| 2 | ~$495M across 8 disclosed rounds – two mega-checks dominate
– Hashed | $300M | private credit fund anchor – Hashed (anchor); Thoro Capital Management (manager)
– Circle | $100M | strategic equity investment – Binance; five-year USDC promotion partnership
– USD.ai | $40M | revolving debt facility – K3 Capital; collateralized by sUSDai
– DTC Pay | $15M | Series A extension – SBI Group; Genedant Capital, Kwee Liong Tek
– Breed VC | $15M | VC fund close – FalconX, Hutt Capital, Arrington Capital; angels Nic Carter, Rob Hadick, Jake Brukhman
– Tare | $13.25M | seed – Blockchain Capital; Strobe Ventures, Janus Henderson, The Venture Dept, Neoclassic, Avalanche Foundation; angels Stani Kulechov, Phil Potter, Henri Stern
– MeshWallet | $10M | private round – private investors / family offices
– Tenka | $2M | pre-seed – Maven 11; Gami Capital
Institutional capital is tilting clearly toward RWA and payments infrastructure, plus a handful of strategic distribution plays. Anchored private-credit vehicles and debt facilities are pulling the biggest checks, while stablecoin/payment infra and early-stage VC keep getting smaller, tactical deployments. Capital is flowing into anything that promises cash-flow visibility and distribution reach: tokenized credit, stablecoin rails, and fund structures built to scale lending to institutions.
Who's impacted – RWA and private-credit builders benefit. Small stablecoin competitors face pressure. Tokenholders see their optionality shift as strategic equity deals reshape the picture.
Two things worth watching this quarter: whether Hashed closes the $300M fund (that's the test of LP appetite), and USDC's volume share in emerging markets under Binance's five-year pact (that's the test of whether the Circle deal actually moves market share).

| 8 | Best for September 2026: Cashback
If you want more back on everyday spend, these are the cards worth looking at first.
1. Bitget Wallet Card
Bitget Wallet Card starts at 10% cashback paid in BGB, making it the strongest base offer in this list. The catch is the monthly cap: $5 for non-VIP users, scaling up to $800 for higher VIP levels, and BGB cashback is currently exclusive to APAC cardholders.

2. Solid
Solid starts at 3% cashback paid in USDC with no monthly fee, and higher plans raise that to 4% or 5%. The cap depends on plan: Core pays 3% up to $50/month, Prime 4% up to $100/month, and Ultra 5% up to $200/month.

3. Ether.Fi Cash
Ether.Fi Cash gives you 3% cashback in USDC with spend tiers that stay practical for real use. Membership matters here: Core gets 3% on the first $2k, Luxe on the first $10k, and Pinnacle on the first $50k before the rate steps down.

4. Lava Card
Lava Card gives you 3% back in BTC on eligible purchases if you're based in the US, with 5% at merchant partners. Outside the US, the base rate drops to 1%, so it matters where you live.

5. Kolo
Kolo offers 2% cashback paid in BTC, which is a strong no-nonsense rate for everyday spending. It also keeps FX markups at 0% on USDT, USDC, and EURC.

| 9 | ~$369.5M across 9 disclosed rounds – two mega-checks dominate, infrastructure and fintech-adjacent deals lead
• Kaiko | $110M | Market data infrastructure – Series B extension
Lead: S&P Global; notable participants: BNP Paribas, Nasdaq Ventures, Royal Bank of Canada, Coinbase Ventures, DRW Venture Capital, Susquehanna, Broadridge, Stellar
• Payward (Kraken parent) | $100M | Crypto exchange + tokenized equities infrastructure
Lead: Nasdaq Ventures; notable detail: valuation reported at ~$21B
• Latitude | $35M | Stablecoin cross-border payments – Series A
Lead: Oak HC/FT; notable participants: NEA, Coinbase Ventures, Lightspeed Faction, OpenFX, Wilson Sonsini
• Optimum | $11M | Blockchain memory infrastructure (RLNC-based) – Seed
Lead: 1kx; notable participants: Robot Ventures, Finality Capital, Spartan, CMT Digital, SNZ, Animoca
• Vangrid | $9M | Physical AI / DePIN spatial data – Seed (SAFT)
Notable participants: HashKey Capital, Animoca Brands, Borderless Capital, Crypto.com Capital, Gate Labs, Mapleblock Capital
• Antarctic Exchange | $7M | Decentralized perpetual derivatives – Funding round
Lead/participants disclosed: Republic Crypto, Valisa Capital Markets, Lucidity Capital; proprietary trading firms allocated initial positions
• RealGo | $6M | AR/AI location-based gaming – Strategic funding
Lead: UZ Capital; notable participants: Greenwood Global Capital, Infinite Alliance
• Tina (Geo-DePIN) | $3M | Geospatial data network (Solana-based) – Funding round
Investors: Thinkware, Gemhead Capital, Archer Capital, Mayer Venture
• ATH Labs (Deadstock) | $2.5M | Tokenized collectibles (graded trading cards) – Seed
Lead: Bullish Capital; notable participants: angel investors
These rounds split into two clear buckets: institutional plumbing and fintech rails, with TradFi names writing the biggest checks into market data, tokenization, and payments. Kaiko and Payward alone account for roughly 57% of the disclosed dollars. DePIN and consumer gaming, by comparison, are pulling in much smaller, exploratory checks.
My take: capital is flowing to boring but revenue-bearing infrastructure and to stablecoin payments that solve real cross-border frictions, not to retail gaming or broad NFT plays.

| 17 | Bounce launches trading competition for its leveraged tokens – Link
Bounce lets users take long or short leveraged exposure through ERC-20 tokens instead of opening a standard perp position.
The tokens automatically rebalance to stay close to the selected leverage target, while the underlying exposure is sourced through Hyperliquid.
Unlike regular perps, there is no liquidation price, and the token can remain in the user’s wallet as an onchain asset.
The platform currently lists 156 leveraged tokens across different markets, with more than $4M in open interest and $1M in 24h volume.
This gives leveraged positions a more native role in DeFi, since the exposure can be held and transferred like any other ERC-20 token.
You can join the competition HERE. | 176 |
