• Вести полный product lifecycle: от приоритизации бэклога и написания PRD/User Stories до запуска фич и анализа результатов
• Развивать социальные и комьюнити-функции продукта
• Развивать механики монетизации пользовательского контента (UGC)
• Работать с продуктовой аналитикой: воронки, сегментация, когорты, A/B-тесты
• Взаимодействовать с кросс-функциональными командами (разработка, аналитика, дизайн, маркетинг, CRM, контент)
Требования:
• 3–5+ лет опыта Product Manager в B2C-продуктах с большой аудиторией
• Опыт развития стриминговых платформ, соцсетей, видеоплатформ, игровых или развлекательных продуктов
• Сильные навыки продуктовой аналитики и опыт работы с метриками вовлечения/удержания
• Понимание механизмов монетизации пользовательского контента и опыт развития комьюнити
• Умение писать PRD, User Stories и другую продуктовую документацию
