19 First off I need to say, I am so grateful for yesterdays declas! ๐๐ค๐ Everyone did such a great job! Needless to say in this spiritual war, the journey to spiritual truth has been full of ups and downs, twists and turns, stops, pivots and reroutes.
LeAhna's presentation really showed me the importance of DYOR for EVERYTHING! After the St. Germain ICO and the Bacon and Eggs declas I set out searching for St. Germain information, and like many ended up at the Unveiled Mysteries. Because my introduction to St. Germain came from QSI and Emily, I admittedly did not do my due dilegence in searching out the sources for the subsequent information. Of which I am now slapping my own wrist!! ๐ฌ (I GET the importance of DYOR on EVERYTHING now Emily, I promise!!!! No more lazy lazy for me).
Anyways in yesterdays call, each presenter did an amzing job of building off eachother. So many pieces of the puzzle came together for me. The whole presentation really helped to return my focus back to my heart and finding the truth within.
Manuel's presentation about heart cohernce really shone some light on a big question I have personally been seeking out lately. I have been exploring the word and essence of ๐LOVE๐. We hear so often that love is all we need, return to love, just be love, unconditional love etc. However, being raised in the 3D, LOVE has been one of the most highjacked and distorted things in society. So my question has been.... What is love?
According to what I found in the Biblical scriptures love is to "spiritually care for" some one or some thing. Finding that definition was definately helpful but also and incomplete because it still left me questioning and frustrated in so many day to day situations where there are neuances that that defintion didn't quite fit or explain how I was feeling or how to respond. For example, of course I can say I spiritually care for everyone and want the best and highest good for everyone, but then why was I still so angry, annoyed or judgemental at times? That definition for me was only a piece of the puzzle on this journey to love.
However, recently I came to the understanding that where there is love there is harmony, and this catipulted my understanding even further. When dealing with annoying neighbors it's not enough (at least for me) to spiritually want the best for their soul eventhough they are causing me to lose sleep. Instead, addressing them in the moment, not out of anger, annoyance or judgement but with the intent to resolve the sitution harmoniously helps me to address them not out of aggression but with the intention to bring love/harmony to the situation. Harmony does not mean that I need to agree or even like someone or something, but is defined as "A relationship in which various components exist together without destroying one another" (in thought, word or deed). Boy is that a game changer! When my heart comes from a an intent of harmony they they instantly respond more harmoniously back.
