🚨The New Syria under Jolan's control! Protests and road blockades have erupted in the town of Tal Manin, in the Damascus countryside, over the drinking water crisis and local opposition to the drilling of a well for the General Water. Establishment; residents fear the project could deplete or dry up the town's existing wells. According to local sources, the unrest began with a peaceful protest but escalated after Syrian government forces attempted to disperse the demonstrators by force, amid reports of civilian injuries.

All of this happened within 1 day - no Syrian media outlet and none of their activists or Jolani-fanatics talk about it - even though these are significant developments; the STG putting entire areas of DeZ under lockdown and rallies with members expressing their wishes for violence - this is significant and would normally be major news. However, they’re not - because the coverage of Syrian affairs is within the hands of a known cluster of Jolani-fanatics. In Syria - Deirezzor large scale protests are being held by residents of Deirezzor after the Syrian Government ran out of new Syrian banknotes at the exchange stations. The exchange of the banknotes will officially be suspended on the 31st of July - today already, the exchange stations closed which leaves a large portion of residents with their entire savings being worthless. Since tensions between the DeZ tribes and Damascus persist - the residents interpret the STG decision to bring insufficient reserves to the exchange stations as another negligence of the region. Adding fuel to the fire: The STG has decided to block bridges and other roads in order to put the protesting regions under lockdown.

The town of Dhiban, east of Deir ez-Zor, witnessed a protest by a number of diesel fuel traders demanding compensation for their confiscated shipments since last April, amid continued delays by the relevant authorities in resolving the issue. The protesters demanded justice and compensation for their losses, calling on the competent authorities to expedite the resolution of the case and not to convert the compensation into a different currency, but rather to disburse it in the currency in which the shipments were used when they were confiscated. This, they argued, would ensure they do not suffer further losses due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
