One of the biggest shifts in my trading happened when I stopped trying to catch every move. There was a time I'd open the charts and feel like I had to be in a trade. If Gold moved without me...I'd jump into NASDAQ. If NASDAQ was gone... I'd look at US30. Funny enough... The more opportunities I tried to take, the fewer opportunities I actually executed well. Something we’ve been learning while building CTG is that you don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. A lot of what CTG is today wasn’t part of some perfect plan we had from day one. We started. We learnt. We changed things. We removed things that didn’t work. And we keep improving. I think people delay so many good ideas because they’re waiting until everything makes sense first. Sometimes the clarity comes after you start.
