Should parents interfere with their children's ambitions? - I would say it depends on the kind of the ambition. I do admit that children sometimes may dream of something bad due to their lack of experience. So I think in these cases parents definitely should help their kids to make the right decision, but if the goal that they set for themselves is all right, then I don't see any point in interfering them. I guess it will be even better for the children if parents support them with what they wanna achieve.

How can parents and teachers motivate children to study more? - I may sound a bit awkward, but I personally do not believe in motivation just the same as I don't believe in the idea that "you have to be motivated to do something". What I believe in tho is discipline. I think we should be teaching kids to be disciplined not motivated, because if they act only based on how they feel, I don't think they will end up very successful when they grow up. So, the best way to teach them to be disciplined is through showing and telling them what they're supposed to do. For example, if you want your child to be disciplined to wake up early every day, you yourself must wake up early first, then show the child that that's what they must do too. Or if you want the child to be disciplined to for example exercise, do it yourself first. Show them a real-life example on yourself.

Do you think money is the most important motivating factor at work? - Well, it's definitely one of the important factors, but probably not the most important one. I would say there are many other things that play a bigger role in motivating your workers. For example, job satisfaction. You can be earning tens of thousands of dollars every month, but if you simply do to not enjoy what you do, it's very likely that you will quit your job. And in the same way, if you enjoy what you do, but earn not too much, you will do that work no matter what, because you're getting pleasure from it. So, making sure that your employees actually feel great about their work is, in my opinion, far more important than the salary they receive.

How much time do you spend at home? - Well, it always depends. If I need to study for exams or work on something big and important, then I definitely spend more time being at home than when I don't have anything like that. Or when I am outside the whole day going to different places meeting different people, I usually spend a lot of time relaxing at home the next day to recharge my batteries.

What do you like to do at home? - Sleep. Well, if I'm serious, I wouldn't say I particularly like doing something at home, but for me, home serves mainly two functions: it's a place for me to rest and to study. But most of the time, I find myself just chilling there. So, yeah.

What kind of things are not suitable for sharing? - First of all, disposable items. I don't think that people themselves should be using items that are produced for a one-time usage only, not to even speak about sharing it with others. Secondly, the products of hygiene. You don't wanna be sharing your toothbrush with your friend in any way, so you better stick to your own. And finally, I think it's any kind of expired product, which I believe you understand why. So, yeah.

What do you think of shared vehicles? - If you mean, like, rental vehicles, I think that's a really good thing as long as every person who rents the vehicle takes a good care of it and cleans after himself. And in general, I believe sharing a car for example has its own benefits not just to people who use it, but to the society as a whole. So, yeah, I personally support the idea.

Do you think kids like to share? - As children grow up, they undergo the process of shaping their personal characters and qualities, and because of that, they may not be very good at controlling their ego, which I think is the reason why most of the time they don't like sharing. But I also believe that it can be fixed. It's just important for the parents to always keep an eye on their children and teach them how to control their emotions in the right time.

16
Do you like to share things? - Well, that's a very general question. Although I consider myself a very open-handed person, I think sometimes it really depends on what it is that I am sharing. If it's something that I really need for myself, I try to explain the situation to the person who is asking, and I believe they will understand.

When you were a kid, did your parents encourage you to share things with others? - Well, I don't remember a lot from my childhood, but because I like to share things now, it lets me assume that my parents probably did encourage me to be more giving to others, which made me who I am today. So, probably yes.

Do you prefer buying things in big companies or from small businesses? - I don't necessarily pay attention if it's a small business or a big company, I just buy what I need from wherever that item is of the best quality. But sometimes when I purchase something big and expensive, I have to rely on the reliability of the company, so most of my purchases happen to be from relatively bigger businesses, simply because they have been doing what they do for a longer time, which makes them more trustworthy.

24
Do you know many small businesses? - Yeah, I always try my best to get to know as many small businesses as possible, because I believe some of them have a potential to go big in the next few years. And since I'm into entrepreneurship, I think it's important for me to understand how these businesses are building themselves up, because this will be the reason of either their failure or success in the future.

Do you like wearing jewelry? - It's actually socially, spiritually and religiously unacceptable for men to wear jewelry in my culture. And although some people argue that watch is a jewelry and it's something that men do wear, I honestly do not think it can be considered a jewelry, because watches serve a different purpose. So, my answer is no, I do not.

27
Have you ever sent someone jewelry as a gift? - It may sound a bit awkward, but every single person I know, none of them find jewelry considerably attractive. So, there's no point for me to send them jewelry as a gift. So, I've never done that before. And honestly, I'd rather send them a chocolate, if it's a present. I'm pretty sure they would be happier for it.
2023Loading...
28
Why do some people wear a piece of jewelry for a long time? - Well, probably because that piece of jewelry holds something significant for them. I mean, I think people are pretty smart and they wouldn't wear something for no reason, so especially if they wear it for a long time, it definitely has to mean something.
