I finished reading this book in one sitting! The fastest reading ever, and it took me 2 hours! It was amazing and very intriguing because A Small Place was about The Indigenous People of America and how they lost their culture. The thing that kept me reading was that I could relate to what the narrator talks about in his book. It was about how violent The British were when they invaded Antigua. (Analogy: Russia 🔱 Uzbekistan) Also, Jamaica Kincaid describes how CORRUPT their government became and how UNFAIR it treated the locals.
This textbook definitely goes to the list of my Books That I Read in America:
1. The Metamorphosis ✅
2. The Alchemist ✅
3. Things Fall Apart ✅
4. Woman Warrior ✅
5. A Small Place ✅
Chrysler.
If y'all remember, Thor gets on top and thunders aliens' portal. (avengers nerd)
I saw everything in Manhattan! Literally everything!
I have a plethora of videos and photos.
