Here you'll find information much more informative than X. Deeper insights. Exclusive discounts. Better tips. I like to keep it simple on Twitter, but I also love going deeper into things. So here's where you'll find all that lovely stuff.

Boys i might not be active in this chat as much. Planning on coming back with some heat soon. But you can always drop any questions you have or ask for any advice. I’m always online.

X down for you guys too?

Have patience with your clients boys. Understand that they may not have a clue about what you do or your world in business. Just had a client of mine who needed to do a bunch of technical stuff on his side to make this system im building for him work. Multiple errors, confusion from his end most likely etc. But brother got it done. I always put myself in my client’s shoes when we work together. Explain as clearly as possible, give actual good step by steps if you need things from them. Can’t expect them to just know shit.

Still running some free workflow audits boys. Can probably do about 5 more free ones before I start charging. Drop a comment with: 1. What you do / what your business does 2. The most repetitive thing you do every week And I’ll send you an automation opportunity report for 100% free

Reach on X is cooked boys I asked Grok about the new algo and it basically broke it down So I spent about 2 hours yesterday talking to Grok, then having claude breakdown it’s findings Wrote about it in an article: https://x.com/IAmAaronWill/status/2035669298992050479?s=20

Doing free workflow audits this week Drop a comment with: 1. What you do / what your business does 2. The most repetitive thing you do every week Content, admin, client work, outreach etc I'll map it out and send you a full breakdown of what's worth automating and what isn't.

Getting back into doing daily videos on X starting tomorrow. If there’s anything you’d like me to break down or go into on video. Drop your ideas below.

The past few days I haven’t been doing client work. I’ve been building systems. Planning. Laying things out. But here’s the truth most people miss. Systems don’t make money. Work does. Funnels, automations, and dashboards mean nothing if you’re not executing daily. So the order matters: Do the work first. Build a system to make it easier. Then turn it into a funnel. Most people do the opposite. They hide in the backend. Tweak systems. Chase perfection. All to avoid the actual work. That’s procrastination dressed up as productivity. So I’ve built a list of non negotiables. Things I must do every single day to move forward and make money. No fluff. No maybes. Here they are. 1. Write the newsletter Daily. No exceptions. This sharpens my thinking, builds trust, and compounds long term. If I skip this, I’m being lazy. So it gets done first. 2. One longform post on X Not a lazy two liner. Something with substance. This is where competence, experience, and opinions live. 3. One social proof post Screenshot. Result. Testimonial. Dashboard. Anything that proves I can do what I say. Proof fuels inbound. Without it, you’re begging. 4. Send 20 to 30 personalized DMs Real conversations. No “hey do you need X” garbage. This is focused, intentional outreach that turns into clients. 5. Reply to all DMs No ghosting. No backlog. Every message gets a response. This alone stops money leaking through laziness. 6. Clean the pipeline Daily. Five minutes. Hot, warm, cold. Follow ups. Drops. A messy pipeline quietly kills deals. 7. Dream 100 DMs Every day. No pitching. Reply to tweets. Stories. Stay visible. Familiarity compounds faster than anything else. 8. Work on a product Even 30 minutes. Course. Template. System. Offer. Clients pay bills. Products build freedom. That’s it. Nothing fancy. Just consistent execution. Do this daily and the systems actually matter.

If you sell anything, you’ve heard this one: “I’ll think about it.” It’s the worst objection. Because it’s vague. They might be genuine. They might be lying. And guessing wrong costs you the sale. Here’s the truth. “I’ll think about it” is not the real objection. It’s a cover. There are only two real objections underneath it: Price Trust in results That’s it. So when they say “I’ll think about it,” I respond like this: “If you need to think about it, that usually means one of two things. Either the price doesn’t feel right, or you’re not fully confident we can get the result. Which one is it not?” Now you’ve forced clarity. If they say price isn’t the issue It’s a trust objection. If they say results aren’t the issue It’s a price objection. From there, you go straight to the root. If it’s price: “Got it. If this problem stays unsolved for the next year, what does that actually cost you?” You make them compare the cost of staying stuck vs fixing it. If it’s trust: “Fair. What would you need to see or know to feel fully confident this works?” Now you’re diagnosing, not begging. One more rule. If they genuinely want time, give structure: “Totally fine. I’ll check back tomorrow at 3. That work?” Yes means interest. Dodging means they were never buying. Final truth. People who can’t decide on a call rarely decide later. Decisive buyers buy. Indecisive buyers disappear. So don’t freeze. Don’t chase. Don’t lose frame. Find the real objection. Handle it directly. That’s how you turn “I’ll think about it” into a close.

BOYS I KNOW IT’S BEEN A BIT QUIET IN HERE. BUT I’VE BEEN GRINDING MY ASS OFF. BIG THINGS COMING SOON. SNEAK PEAKS IN HERE. HOPE EVERYONE IS WELL. AND HAD A FUCKING AMAZING NEW YEAR. BACK TO DAILY POSTS HERE TOMORROW. ANYONE NEED ANYTHING IN THE MEANTIME?

Merry Christmas Boys I hope you have a killer day.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVE BOYS

Every way your account gets deboosted on X (facts + experience + theory): Engaging with non-premium users X wants paid users. Too much interaction with non-blue ticks lowers reach. Fix: Don’t overthink it. Engage where it makes sense. Never replying to your own comments Posting without responding = low-quality activity. Fix: Reply to people. It’s social media, not a diary. Not engaging on the timeline You can’t grow if you don’t talk to anyone. Fix: Leave genuine comments daily. Controversial topics (politics, health, etc.) The algorithm hates risk. Fix: Stick to your lane. Avoid topics that get flagged. Getting blocked, reported, or muted Every one of these kills your trust score. Fix: Don’t be a dick. Spamming links or plugs X hates repetitive links. Fix: Limit to 1–2 per day. Write fresh CTAs. Engaging with low-quality accounts If you hang out in the gutter, you smell like it. Fix: Stick to your niche and real conversations. Too much profanity Not confirmed, but it could be flagged. Fix: Use f*ck instead of fuck if you’re worried. Only text tweets No visuals = less engagement. Fix: Mix in screenshots, videos, memes. Misspelling or broken grammar Looks low quality. Fix: Grammarly exists. Use it. Misinformation Obvious. Fix: Don’t lie. Not having Premium Blue tick = boost. Fix: Get Premium if you can. Not mandatory, just helpful. Posting only engagement bait “What’s your favorite color?” isn’t value. Fix: Mix value, stories, and insights. Constantly deleting tweets Looks manipulative and low confidence. Fix: Leave them up. Learn from flops. Mass following/unfollowing Looks bot-like. Fix: Stop. Follow people you actually like. Getting muted often Huge negative signal. Fix: Stop oversharing and overposting. Never DMing anyone Zero DMs = looks robotic. Fix: DM people. Network. Be human. Being a reply bot “Agree.” “Facts.” “🔥.” = death. Fix: Add real thoughts. Write like a person.

The past few days on X have been weird. Not complaining just noticing. I’ve got nearly 300k followers. And my tweets are barely scraping 1k views. Same thing’s happening to other big accounts too. Hundreds of thousands of followers. Couple thousand views. Now I’m not stupid. I don’t expect 300k people to see every post. But it’s wild how low reach has dropped. It comes down to two things: The algorithm. And yourself. The algorithm’s obviously changed. Stuff that used to crush doesn’t anymore. But the second part? That’s on you. I’ve been buried in client work lately. Barely posting. Hardly commenting. And that right there is the problem. X runs on a social algorithm. The more social you are, the more you get pushed. When you stop engaging, you disappear. Simple as that. I put it to the test yesterday Left a ton of comments. Today? Tweets are performing way better. Lesson: If your reach is down, it’s not just the algo. It’s you not showing up.

Ran a little experiment over the weekend. Day 1 - 30 comments > Result: Low engagement on my content Day 2 - 100+ comments > Result: All my content performed well Day 3 - 30 comments > Result: Content performed worse More engagement = More engagement on your stuff.

Happy sunday boys. I’m coming up with newsletter ideas. So drop me any questions or problems you have. i’ll answer them here and drop a full newsletter this week breaking it down.

Comments = Growth Fuel No followers means no reach. Comments fix that. You “rent” bigger accounts. More eyes on your reply. More follows. Simple. Why comments matter • Kickstart visibility when your posts get ignored • Keep momentum so the algo keeps pushing you • Build relationships and make your name familiar • Show personality so you are not just “that content bot” Daily non negotiables • Leave 15 to 30 thoughtful comments • Mix big and mid accounts • Reply to every comment on your own posts • Add a take, a lesson, or a quick story • One smart question beats ten “agreed” replies Rules • Be consistent or the algo forgets you • Treat comments like currency • Quality over volume, but show up daily • No parroting the tweet. Add something new Bounce back plan if you took days off • Day 1: 50 comments sprint • Day 2: 30 comments, reply to all your notifications • DM 5 creators you used to engage and restart the convo Your content is the storefront. Your comments are the foot traffic. Show up every day.
