I so agree, Curt. Think about this everyone... Here's an example of how the "nationality" deception was drilled into us sooo many years ago. The Pledge of Allegiance, forced upon us, standing with hand on heart, hooked us into the "nation" fraud early on. "I pledge allegiance to the flag... bla bla bla... ONE NATION under God..." ONE NATION? WTF? Discerning souls know deep down we are NOT one nation. We are a union of 50 nations, correct? The American Union is a more accurate term don't you think? Here's a bit of verification of this fact from the Whitehouse... A U.S. President is not obliged to give a "State of the Nation" address once a year... He's required to give a "State of the Union" address at lease once a year, correct. There it is, in plain site. The 14th Amendment, through its 5 confusing sections, made us criminals (by default) to our "guaranteed" true state republics... and it created a "new" government structure for our true countries (nation-state), turning them into mere political subdivisions of USA Inc. And it does so much more harm. Ha," One nation under fraud." (LB Bork). So, making it clear, with proper paperwork, stating which jurisdiction we now choose and demand is foundational for correcting our status, thus establishing our true standing, allowing us, by means of LAW, to exit the Federal corporation overlord bull shit!

With regards to the 1817 Notice, Charley Dan was so close to the ultimate solution as this is a great initial statement - "I am not a US Citizen, but rather a citizen of the original uSA republic." What Charley was missing is that we are US Citizens at birth because of the 14th Amendment and just by declaring we are not, might help on a traffic stop, but not in-law when things get more serious. Search Sherry Peel Jackson on this channel, where my write-up shows that they put her in jail because she was in the defacto US jurisdiction because of 3 things - Drivers License, Bank Account and Social Security number. You must relinquish all 3 and then you are properly in the uSA republic.
