⚡ Swiftgram 13.0 available in App Store!
I've been waiting for 80 days for new source code to appear. Finally, Telegram open sourced new major release!
It brings huge changes like new Wallet and long-awaited WEB-Proxies. iOS 15+ is now required to run the app.
• Telegram removed bottom Search button, but you can keep it in Swiftgram
• Added clarification that Telegram does not allow to change phone number in unofficial apps
• Disable big Liquid Glass video buttons by @levops
• Fixed folders context menu by @levops
• Bugfixes and minor improvements

⚡ Swiftgram 12.9.3 available in App Store!
• Fixed Translator
• Fixed fallback to other translation service if currently selected is unavailable
• Fixed Translation issues related to dialects (Chinese Simplified/Traditional, German Deutsch/Austria, etc.)
• Option to Open links in System browser, not just Safari
• Added explanation if Telegram logs out an account
• Removed "Mutual Contact" when previewing own profile. "Mutual Contact" is still visible in profile of others.
• Internal improvements for settings storage
I'm still waiting for Telegram's latest source code to fix Crashing sticker and Unsupported Messages.

Just a reminder that you can change Translation service if some does not work for you now.

This is a very nervous situation for those who have a lot of accounts. Unexpected crashes happened before, and they'll happen again, especially when most of the code now is AI generated.
Accounts Backup feature in Swiftgram Pro allows you to backup accounts and import them even after deleting the app.
Accounts stored in an encrypted device Keychain, and they never leave your device.

Sticker crashes Telegram apps
Telegram actively deletes and bans bugged sticker. However, it may still be cached in the app.
With official apps, you must to wait for update. But Swiftgram has recovery options that you can use if app crashes on launch.
How to clean caches?
1. Close Swiftgram (swipe it up)
2. Go to iOS settings > Applications > Swiftgram
3. Enable "Reset Metadata"
4. Open the app again
5. Wait for the app to complete cleanup. It may take several minutes.
If it does not work, enable "Reset All" instead of "Reset Metadata".
What will be deleted?
Secret chats, Media cache and some local settings (like proxies and themes)
Will it delete my accounts?
No, it will not delete your accounts. But this is not an officially supported way of cleaning caches, proceed at your own risk.
What to do if app still does not work after Reset Metadata and Reset All?
Wait when Telegram will provide a fix and it will be merged to Swiftgram, or to re-install the app.
When Swiftgram update?

My name is a part of official Telegram app 🤯
New Apple Watch app built on top of my TDLibKit wrapper. For the last 5 years I’ve quietly maintained the library so anyone can build great Telegram clients for Apple platforms.
Thank you Telegram team for your trust. I'm excited to empower you and contribute to the future of Telegram ecosystem.
TDLib is the best way to start a new Telegram client. Today, with TDLibKit, you can create iOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS and visionOS apps.

⌚️ Swiftgram 12.8 available in App Store and we're back to Apple Watch!
The watchOS app is now independent, you don't need to have your phone around to check your messages.
I've made little improvement to Telegram's new Watch app
• More space for chat previews - reduced avatars size for better experience on smaller models.
• Added avatars in group chats - sometimes I remember people only by their avatar.
Including latest Telegram features, such as Rich Text for Bots, AI Guardians for Groups, and Much More

⚡️ Swiftgram 12.6.2 available in App Store with latest Telegram features like AI Editor, Improved Polls, Live Photos, Bots Managed by Bots, and More!
This version includes bugfixes and other minor improvements, as well as:
Improved MTProxy: Telegram fixed bugs in FakeTLS detection that will be helpful if messenger is limited in your country.
Saying Goodbye to Apple Watch Companion: starting April 1st, Apple no longer supports legacy watchOS apps and requires a full re-write to keep them in App Store. Unfortunately, demand for watchOS apps is low - less than 1% of Swiftgram users had it.
This was a fun experiment, but it comes to an end. At least, for now 😉

Latest beta build (269) is based on 12.6.2 source code and uses Telegram’s implementation of the MTProto fix by default. No need to enable anything in debug menu.
Please, let me know in the comments, do MTProto proxies work for you on latest build or not?
