A Liquidity Zone is a price area where a large number of buy or sell orders are concentrated. These zones attract price because they contain high trading activity.

• Near support and resistance levels • Around previous highs and lows Or in areas where many traders place stop-losses For instance, if many traders place stop-losses below a support level, that area becomes a liquidity zone. Price may move toward it to trigger those orders before reversing. 📈
