| 4 | إضافات سمنت الآبار Cement Additives
يتوفر اليوم أكثر من 100 مادة مضافة لإسمنت الآبار، ويمكن توريد العديد منها على هيئة مواد صلبة أو سوائل. وتنقسم هذه المواد المضافة إلى ثماني فئات رئيسية:
1. المسرّعات (Accelerators):
مواد كيميائية تعمل على تقليل زمن التصلب لنظام الإسمنت، وتزيد من معدل تطور مقاومة الضغط.
2. المبطئات (Retarders):
مواد كيميائية تؤخر زمن التصلب لنظام الإسمنت.
3. مواد التخفيف أو التمديد (Extenders):
مواد تؤدي إلى خفض كثافة نظام الإسمنت، أو تقليل كمية الإسمنت المطلوبة لكل وحدة حجم من المنتج المتصلب، أو تحقق الأمرين معًا.
4. مواد زيادة الوزن (Weighting Agents):
مواد تُستخدم لزيادة كثافة نظام الإسمنت.
5. المشتتات (Dispersants):
مواد كيميائية تقلل من لزوجة عجينة الإسمنت.
6. مواد التحكم بفقدان السوائل (Fluid-Loss Control Agents):
مواد تتحكم في تسرب الطور المائي من نظام الإسمنت إلى التكوين الصخري.
7. مواد التحكم بالفقدان إلى التكوينات الضعيفة (Lost-Circulation Control Agents):
مواد تُستخدم للحد من فقدان عجينة الإسمنت إلى التكوينات الضعيفة أو ذات الفجوات والكهوف.
8. الإضافات الخاصة (Specialty Additives):
وتشمل إضافات متنوعة مثل مواد منع الرغوة، والألياف، والجسيمات المرنة.
