Debt Collector - Arabic Female We are seeking a professional and motivated Arabic-speaking Female Debt Collector to manage outstanding customer accounts and ensure timely collection of overdue payments. Key Responsibilities Contact customers by phone, WhatsApp, email, and other approved communication channels regarding overdue payments. Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and unpaid balances. Communicate professionally with Arabic-speaking customers and address payment-related queries. Negotiate and arrange suitable payment plans in accordance with company policies. Maintain accurate records of customer communications, payment commitments, and collection activities. Monitor promised payment dates and conduct timely follow-ups. Coordinate with the Finance/Accounts Receivable team to resolve billing or account discrepancies.
