PEC ဆိုတာ English စာတစ်ခုပဲသင်တာမဟုတ်ဘဲနဲ့ English Lessons တွေကို ကြေညက်ဖို့၊ လေ့ကျင့်ဖို့အတွက် Activities တွေအများကြီးကို ထည့်သွင်းပေးထားတယ်။ ကျောင်းသားတွေကလည်း ဒါတွေကို တကယ်လည်း မပျက်မကွက် ပါဝင်ရတဲ့ နေရာလေးပါ။
ဒီ Activities တွေမှာ ကျောင်းသားတွေက မေးခွန်းတွေကို ဖြေရတယ်၊ အဲ့ မေးခွန်းတွေဟာ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကိုယ် အချိန်ပေးပြီးဖြေသင့်တဲ့အရာတွေ ဖြစ်တယ်။
အဲ့တာတွေကို ဖြေကြည့်ပြီး Speaking လေ့ကျင့်ကြရင်းနဲ့ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကိုယ် သိခြင်း Self-awareness ကောင်းလာကြတယ်။
