I used to treat myself by taking sips of Zamzam water and reciting Surah Al-Fatiha over it multiple times, then drinking it. I found complete healing through this method. 💟 *From The Most Significant Reasons For A Heart To Be In Anguish* Al-Hafidh Ibn Al-Qayyim [رحمه الله] [D. 751 A.H.] said: «وَمِن أعْظَمِ أسْبابِ ضِيقِ الصَّدْرِ» ❝From the most significant reasons why a heart is in anguish: «الإعْراضُ عَنِ اللَّهِ تَعالى،» 1 - Is turning away from Allaah [تعالى]. «وتَعَلُّقُ القَلْبِ بِغَيْرِهِ،» 2 - Attaching the heart to other than Him. «والغَفْلَةُ عَنْ ذِكْرِهِ، ومَحَبَّةُ سِواهُ،» 3 - Neglect from remembering Him and loving other than Him. «فَإنَّ مَن أحَبَّ شَيْئًا غَيْرَ اللَّهِ عُذِّبَ بِهِ، وسُجِنَ قَلْبُهُ في مَحَبَّةِ ذَلِكَ الغَيْرِ.» Indeed whoever loved something other than Allaah, then that person is punished by that thing, and his heart is imprisoned by loving it.❞ [Za'ad Al-Ma'ad, (2/24) | Translated By Abbas Abu Yahya Miraath Al-Anbiyya]

*Take the Straight Path and Seek Forgiveness* In part of his commentary on al-Nawawi’s 40 hadith collection, ibn Rajab al-Hanbali wrote: وفي قوله عز وجل { فاستقيموا إليه واستغفروه } إشارةٌ الى أنه لابدَّ من تقصيرٍ في الاستقامة المأمور بها، فيجبر ذلك بالاستغفار المقتضي للتوبة والرجوع الى الاستقامة Allah’s statement: فَاسْتَقِيمُوا إِلَيْهِ وَاسْتَغْفِرُوهُ So take the straight path towards Him and seek His forgiveness. [41:6] indicates that shortcomings and deficiencies in the upright behavior we have been commanded to observe are bound to happen, so one should make up for those shortcomings by seeking forgiveness, which entails repenting and returning to that upright behavior. He gestured with his hand, indicating no need to explain ✋ 🥀Then he said to me: It is enough that you are still breathing. .. 🥀I said to him: I don't understand. 🥀He said: 👈If you are sick, attend your lesson, for if you have life, you have healed through the Quran💖 👈And if it is the illness of death, then die while seeking knowledge💛 👈If you are in distress, attend your lesson and ask your Lord to lift it with the blessings of the Quran💗 👈If a guest comes to you, honor her by taking her to your lesson and be the reason for her guidance💞 🥀And if, and if, and if ...... 🥀Then he concluded his words, saying: 👈(The only excuse I will accept from you for your absence is to be told that you have died) ❤❤By Allah, I found no reason to be absent from my lesson again.❤❤ 🌺 Conclusion 👇🏻🌺 When you fall short in memorization and review, know that you are the one who invented your excuses ⏭ And a dear piece of advice, accept it from me: 👇🏻🌺 ❣Delete the word (excuses) from the dictionary of your life, it will never bring you any good✋🏻 ⁉️Did the word (excuses) prevent you from eating, drinking, or sleeping for hours? ⁉️Did the word (excuses) prevent you from talking on the phone and engaging in useless talk? ⁉️Did the word (excuses) prevent you from using Facebook or WhatsApp or ... !! ❣❣Allah, the Most High, says: ❣❣ (But man has not made mention of that for which he was created, and to that he is a witness.)
