Guys, there is an error by ICAI in RTP of Income Tax for Nov 22 Q 13. Law: Advertisement expense in souvenir of a political party is disallowed u/s 37(2B) but it is allowed as deduction u/s 80GGC. What ICAI has done: Disallowance u/s 37(2B) is done but they have not deducted it u/s 80GGC. Hope it helps!!
