Hey guys, this is a good observation by a student Madhu Mohan Reddy. Plz keep this in mind. With this, we can say that ICAI solution of Q 13 in RTP is correct. Note: It's not a reason to worry that ICAI may ask such detailed hidden point. Fact is that Tax paper is beautiful because of such adjustments. Simply focus on the concepts covered in class as an attempt to control everything will end up controlling nothing.

Hey guys, any Revision is effective only when it is supplemented with Question Bank. We have covered 6 out of 8 chapters of SM in last two days. Guys, there is an error by ICAI in RTP of Income Tax for Nov 22 Q 13. Law: Advertisement expense in souvenir of a political party is disallowed u/s 37(2B) but it is allowed as deduction u/s 80GGC. What ICAI has done: Disallowance u/s 37(2B) is done but they have not deducted it u/s 80GGC. Hope it helps!!
