This extension is granted to provide students with additional time to complete and submit their reports through the SMPB (Integrated Student Management System). Submission Details Submission Platform: SMPB (Integrated Student Management System) Website: https://smp.ums.edu.my/ Extended Student Submission Deadline: Tuesday, 7 July 2026 Supervisor Verification Period: 29 June 2026 – 19 July 2026 ⚠️ FINAL WARNING This is the final extension. No further extensions will be granted under any circumstances. Students who fail to submit their Progress Report by the extended deadline may face suspension in accordance with the Centre for Postgraduate Studies regulations. Students are strongly advised to complete and submit their reports well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute technical issues. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

Attention All Students, Please be informed that the system will close on 30 June. No further extensions will be granted after this deadline. As 28 June falls on a weekend, the submission period has been extended until 30 June to provide students with an additional working day.
