Technological Convergence & Core Pillars Core Technology Thrust: Convergence of AI and Biology (Programmable Biology). Key Tools: Computational biology, boundaries, digital twins, biosensor networks, robotics, and DBTL (Design-Build-Test-Learn) platforms. Incentive Model: Encourages Production-Linked Incentive (PLI)-style support for biomanufacturing scale-up.
