2035 vs 2047 Target: $691 Billion is the 2035 target; $2.6 Trillion is the 2047 (Amrit Kaal) target.
Funding Source: The ₹50,000 Cr BioEconomy Growth Fund is not a new extra allocation, but is carved out from the existing ₹1 Lakh Crore RDI Corpus.
Nodal Ministry: While NITI Aayog drafted the roadmap, technical implementation lies with the Ministry of Science & Technology (Department of Biotechnology).

At least 50% of candidates must be placed in wage employment.
Post-Placement Support (PPS): Includes financial/logistical support for 6 months to aid job retention, with active candidate tracking for up to 12 months.
