June 30 - 12:09 am GMT Around 30 minutes ago a network issue caused our VOD server to go into a freeze phase, it was something to do with global routing as some other services also got stuck. Everything is back to normal since 15 minutes ago.

June 24 - 7:03pm GMT Since World Cup games are getting stacked with 2 at a time, we have added another stream inside World Cup 2026 folder and there is a total of 4 streams, 2 for each match, each a different feed. In Italia section, we have also added a new stream as well and Italian users can now find the streams inside Fifa World Cup 2026 folder on top of their Italia bouquet.

June 24 - 1:56pm GMT VOD Issue Update: Since 5 days ago, we did the best we could in terms of damage limitation. The VOD stop issue happens 2 3 times a day but for a very brief moment, most of the times no one even notice it as the stoppage is for about 3 4 5 6 seconds and during that time your player has already pre-buffered next few chunks of data. For now we will keep this settings until we find the real cause of this issue and sort it. At the moment the VOD issue is considered partially resolved but still being monitored. Earlier today there was some connectivity issue to VOD server which was irrelevant to this matter, it's sorted now.

June 17 - 8:24pm GMT UK ITV1 HD fixed 10 minutes ago.

June 17 - 10:45am GMT VOD server update: Since 48 hours ago, VOD server was reinstalled and a fix plus a new config have been applied. It's been running fine and majority of the problems are fixed. The performance of the server has been stable even during peak load. However, still there are sudden unnormal behaviors noticed which takes the server into a 15 seconds phase of sudden freeze, it's being investigated. It happened twice during past 24 hours. Since the results are acceptable, although not perfect, the VOD uploads as well as telegram bot have been resumed since 24 hours ago. We're constantly working with NXT team (Our IPTV Panel software team) to check and resolve the minor remaining bugs but overall the VOD performance is close to what it was 2 weeks ago.

June 15 - 9:54pm GMT VOD Server Issue Update: we have tried the last thing we thought it could help before reinstallation of the server and unfortunately it did not work. Therefore we have scheduled full VOD server reinstallation and its going to initiate soon. In the meantime, there is a downtime of 2 to 3 hours expected on VOD content. Note: VOD files will remain intact so we are not gonna lose any content Note: Live TV is unaffected during this time.

June 14 - 7:54pm GMT Since 24 hours ago, the VOD server issue started again and showing the same symptoms. We have done everything we can to find the problem and fix it but its getting worse and worse. At the moment, we have stabilized the movies and series using a different config which is neither cost effective nor stable but at least it works. Tomorrow we have scheduled a full server OS reinstallation on VOD server. Hopefully this will resolve the issue. Live TV will not be affected.

June 14 - 11:51am GMT We're having a major server crash, we are sorting, VOD issue has come back since last night as well. We're doing everything we can to sort all out.

June 14 - 9:31am GMT We are rebooting a few servers, some UK and US streams may get interrupted.

June 13 - 10:09pm GMT There is a network routing issue incident going on across europe, hence you may notice buffering on VOD and live tv. Hopefully it will resolve itself soon.
