June 12 - 9:10pm GMT Tonight we made a bit more tweaking on LOITV streams and got them stable. We have made necessary changes and could run a few streams stable at the end. Users who used Derry TV in the 2nd half know that. Next round of games are on 19 of June, we will make necessary preparation.

June 12 - 7:10pm GMT League of ireland had issues, resolved now. We're monitoring this.

June 12 - 10:24pm GMT VOD server has been running stable and contents have been uploaded and updated. A further tweak has been made 10 minutes ago and we're expecting an even better performance from now on.

June 11 - 11:45pm GMT Yesterday afternoon, we upgraded the server memory to make it suitable for the new configuration although the previous memory size was big enough. We also made a tweak to the configuration 9 hours ago and ever since the VOD server did not experience any freeze and has been constantly working even during peak period. As a result, we have resumed the VOD updates as well as telegram bot requests. Resellers who has the bot approval can now proceed with their requests. Movies and series which were backlogged should clear soon and get added. We're still monitoring VOD server performance but we can confirm that the storm has passed.

June 11 - 6:42pm GMT DAZN Mundial 1 2 3 4 added into Spain - DAZN folder.

June 11 - 1:42pm GMT World Cup 2026 is about to start and we have planned a few things for it. 1- World Cup 2026 folder should show up on top of your playlists and inside there are main and back up streams for each event. If you dont see it, plz refresh your playlists. 2- In movies section, a folder called World Cup 2026 replays is added and it will contain each match replay as kick offs are in unusual times.

June 11 - 11:13am GMT VOD Server memory upgrade is done, we're now monitoring the performance.

June 10 - 11:12pm GMT The fix we applied on VOD server stood well and during load it handled everything fine, except for 3 times that it faced issues but unlike before that it would cause a server crash, this time it recovered itself after 20 seconds. Thats a big step forward. From what we have seen today, we're going to double the server memory and add another local Disk to handle local requests better. We will let you know when this is going to happen.

June 10 - 10:53am GMT VOD Fixed Applied. Since 12 hours ago, we applied a fix on VOD server which resulted in a very stable performance and even distribution of resources. 5 minutes ago we made a small change to the config and rebooted the server. All back up again now. We'll keep monitoring this for another 12 hours. Once its confirmed, only then VOD will enter the production phase and we will enable our scripts to have movies and series added.

June 9 - 7:37pm GMT VOD Server Issue Update: 4 hrs ago we applied a temporary update so we can go through the peak period but also did not stand and crashed, its back up now since 4 minutes ago.

June 9 - 3:15pm GMT VOD Server Issue Update: Since last night, we have been working on VOD server non-stop and it has crashed 20 times resulted in a reboot. We have rebooted the server again 3 minutes ago which makes it the 21st time. Lot's of configs tested and even the code reverted back to 2 months ago. Issue still persists. We took one of the disks out of the way and tested the service for an hour, worked just fine. We're going to test one more thing to make sure if the issue is that disk or not. We do apologize for all these interruptions on movies and series. But we're doing everything we can to stabilize the VOD content.

June 9 - 3:53am GMT That was too soon, it seems like this issue is not gonna get resolved easily. Expect VOD server to be unstable for the next few hrs.

June 9 - 3:15am GMT After 8 hrs of wrestling with the issue, we believe we have found the main source of the problem finally, it's been resolved. We will evaluate the VOD server (Movies and series) performance from now on.

June 9 - 3:03pm GMT Fully aware of the issue regarding movies and series, VOD server is showing problems once again. We're looking into it.

June 8 - 9:38pm GMT Apologies about the issue with VOD server. We were trying to fix a problem with adding French and Portuguese movies and series and our server had a bad code. We have just been able to fix it but unfortunately we forgot that so many files were in the queue waiting to be added, thats why the queue started processing during peak period and resulted in a crash. All back up since 5 minutes ago. Forgive the inconvenience.

June 7 - 11:18am GMT Recently we have noticed that our VOD bot is being abused by requesting low rating and unpopular movies and series and take up unnecessary storage. For instance, we have had cases like one user requesting a series with 25 seasons each season over 30 episodes while the rating was not good and not a popular show either. Therefore, we changed few things on our end: 1- From now on, VOD bot access is only granted to certain resellers. They kindly need to request access on the VOD Bot first, and then message us confirming their telegram username so we grant access. 2- Movies and Series below rating 5 on IMDB.com will be rejected. This is done to ensure the VOD content follows a certain level of quality and it will also help us use storage efficiently. Thank you for your understanding.
