12 Demons I should have fought these past 12 months
- People pleasing
- Procrastination
- Silent Treatment
- Late nights
- Endless Scroll
- Pessimism
- "Play it safe"
- "Skip Prayer Tonight"
- Perfectionism
- Analysis Paralysis
- "I wil fix it in post."
- Ego.
I didn't wanna call these bad habits. Calling them something less than a demon, if evenif they are not, would only make them seem small and make me hate them less.
Now let me list their oppossite.
- Boundaries
- Write small steps and start now.
- Communicate no matter what.
- Assign less stuff for a day.
- Replace the scroll with something meaningful.
- "Sometimes things work!"
- Face 1 fear at a time, whenever possible
- Pray silently every now and then throught the day, and not just at night.
- Release if good enough. No human can do perfect stuff.
- Stop thinking and start doing.
- Always, prepare ahead of time.
- Learn about God more.

Looking back at last year's advice to myself. I did my best to do all of them except the last one. I feel the need to work on that.
