*3.పెన్షన్:*
మీ బేసిక్ పేను 0.3 తో గుణించండి. ప్రస్తుత డి.ఏ ను 0.5తో గుణించండి. రెండూ కలపండి. మీకొచ్చే పెన్షన్ అదే!!

| 6 | *📡ఫ్యామిలీ పెన్షన్ గురించి ఈ క్రింది వివరణ:✍️*
- *ఉద్యోగి రిటైరైనప్పుడు అతను సర్వీస్ లో వుండగా పూర్తి పెన్షన్ కి అర్హుడైతే చివరి బేసిక్ పే లో 50% సర్వీస్ పెన్షన్ గా నిర్ధారిస్తారు. అతని మరణానంతరం ఫ్యామిలీ పెన్షన్ విషయానికొస్తే ఇది రెండు రకాలుగా ఉంటుంది.*
1) *రిటైర్మెంట్ వయసు 58 గా వున్నప్పుడు అతను మరణించిన 7 సం.లలోపు వరకు గానీ,లేదా 65 సం.లు నిండే వరకు గానీ ఏది ముందైతే అంతవరకూ అతని/ఆమె భార్య/భర్త కిచ్చేది enhanced pension. అంటే అతను పొందుతున్న పెన్షన్ మొత్తమే వస్తుంది.*
2) *పై తేదీ తర్వాత రోజు నుంచి ఈ enhanced pension ఇవ్వరు. అప్పట్నుంచి నార్మల్ పెన్షన్ ఇస్తారు. ఈ నార్మల్ పెన్షన్ సర్వీస్ పెన్షనర్ కి ఇస్తున్న లాస్ట్ బేసిక్ పే లో 50% కాకుండా 30% మాత్రమే ఇస్తారు. ఇది ఆవిడకు/అతనుకు చివరిదాకా పీఆర్సీ లో పెరుగుదల వర్తింపచేస్తూ ఇస్తారు.*
- *పోతే ఇక్కడ గమనించాల్సిన విషయం ఏమిటంటే.. రిటైర్మెంట్ వయసు 58 వున్నప్పుడు 7----65 సం.ల కాలాన్ని రిటైర్మెంట్ వయసు 61 చేసిన తర్వాత 7-------68 చేశారు. దానివల్ల సర్వీస్ పెన్షనర్ మరణించిన 7 సం.లు లేదా 68 వయస్సు నిండడం ఏది ముందైతే అంతవరకూ మాత్రమే అతని భార్య కు enhanced pension వస్తుంది, ఆ తర్వాత నార్మల్ ఫ్యామిలీ పెన్షన్ మాత్రమే ఇస్తారు.*
- *ఈ ఫ్యామిలీ పెన్షన్ మీద అందరిలాగే డీ.ఆర్., వయసు ను బట్టి అడిషనల్ క్వాంటం ఆప్ పెన్షన్, మెడికల్ అలవెన్సు ఇస్తారు. పీఆర్సీ ప్రయోజనాలు కూడా ఇస్తారు.* | 241 |
