14 ކުޅަނދުރު ކަށިޖަހައިގެން ޔަހޫދީ ލަޝްކަރުގެ މުޅި ބެޓޭލިއަނެއް އެއްކޮށް އެއާ ލިފްޓުކޮށްފި. #ﷲގެޖުންދުން

15 Sometimes words aren't enough to express the feelings and thoughts that comes and goes.. and only Allah knows the struggles of the soul as it gets surrounded by its enemies and tribulations.
Sometimes you get tired of looking out the window hoping for someone to pass by. You sit in the darkness of your room and lift your hands and empty your heart in duaas. Although distant it may seem, His help is incredibly near.
Sometimes it aches to keep shouting at an empty world.. your cries, your begging and your tears are left unnoticed by the ones drowning in it's pleasures. You stop extending your hand when you know there's no one to take it and drag you out. You know that no one can aid you but Allah.
Sometimes loneliness is like a burning cold that makes your bones shatter and your heart grow cold. We are meant to be warm to each other, even a smile can melt you down. Even the slightest word of encouragement brings the barriers down. If we are cruel to each other, we have nothing anymore.. Aren't we believers anything but brothers?
Sometimes you ask yourself how soon the world will forget about you. You see how they slowly drift away.. and your expectations drift away with it. You slowly become numb while you know.. what awaits you is far more than you can comprehend. You accept that there is none beside you but Allah.
Allah says, [Is not Allah sufficient for His slave?] 39:36
Yes. He certainly is. For Him to defeat your enemies, guide you and provide for you, to change the course of the world for you, to remove all your burdens can take less than a second. But He draws you closer to Him through the trials and sorrows. Until you realize you have none besides Him. Until He becomes sufficient for you in everything.

33 So Ali Shafiu was tortured in US Bagram prison and PG and Police and CRC completely ignored this to use it ILLEGALLY on #FreeAmyne case.
1. They took a "statement" under torture (Maldivian anti-torture law explicitly denounces such a statement) ، and
2. they hid his name (by marking it as a "secret" witness) : so that defence couldn't know this is Shafiu and thus object the statement via anti torture act
3. @y4unitymv (waanuwaa podcast episode 2) revealed that Shafiu sent a letter addressed to @CRCMaldives chief judge Ahmad Shakeel (who was also appointed to Ameen's case) and also sent a copy to @PGO_MV , stating he was tortured. They ghosted on it, and expected the case to go on, keeping this secret to themselves (since defence in Ameen's case could not state that Ali shafiu being THE secret witness is unknown). ALTHOUGH Ameen's defence and family and Public as a whole were aware of Ali Shafiu being tortured to extract a statement against Ameen, this was stated in 2021 interview of Ali shafiu to "Dhiyares" amidst Ameen's arrest.
4. Crc made a mistake and revealed the names of secret witnesses and defence came to know (legally) of Ali Shafiu being the secret witness no. 3.
5. Defence quickly submitted Ali Shafiu's statement (from a year back) of @DhiyaresNews regrading his torture and audio statement of this interview and also his family's twitter-space in which they explicitly stated that Ali Shafiu had called @hrcmv in their presence and detailed the torture and a recording of his audio statement regarding torture was present with hrcm
6. CRC completely ghosted this despite defence presenting it in detail and PG officer Naushad stated "we.. certainly our office aren't aware of such a torture" (which was another lie, as the case was public since dhiyares published it irrelevant to Ameen's case an year back to that and also Ali Shafiu and his wife had sent a letter with signature and finger prints to PG addressing the issue).
7. PG and sarcar and Police and CRC thought that they could cap the whole thing by marking ali shafiu as secret witness and removing his name so that defence would not know. But the mistake of CRC revealed all this.
*NOTE that this is how they (mis)use secret witness and use it ILLEGALLY.*
8. ALL the intel reports from US and @PoliceMv and @MNDF_Official and CTU were ALL based on the single statement of Ali Shafiu for the relevant info of him being "sent to afghan".
9. PG and Police and CRC had a legal obligation to disclose this info, since his torture allegations became public via i) dhiyares interview ii) his family twitter-space talk iii) HRCM iv) his letters to both pg and crc, and they all were aware of who the secret witness was.
10. they ghosted these because this was the only thing they built the whole case upon against Ameen and sentenced him , literally throwing off the anti torture act into dustbin.
