A Call for Support and Collective Action We have a few students who are currently at the brink of losing their studentship due to their inability to settle their outstanding school fees. There are growing concerns about the situation, particularly as examinations commence seven days from today. However, we believe that there may be individuals, groups, or organisations willing to come together to explore practical ways of helping these students overcome this challenge. If you are willing to join a discussion on how we can collectively assist these students, or you know someone who may be interested in being part of such an initiative, kindly send me a DM as soon as possible. The intention is to bring together concerned individuals to discuss possible solutions and determine how best we can help. A timely intervention could make the difference between a student continuing their education and losing their studentship. If you are willing to be part of this conversation, please reach out or join up on https://chat.whatsapp.com/JUpulASWuqX7lvxGA1RAgR?s=cl&p=a&mlu=4. Thank you.

Please help to circulate this. This closes by 8am tomorrow. 📢 IMPORTANT: WE NEED YOUR FEEDBACK We understand that coming to campus for the 3-week physical tutorial and the 2 weeks that follow for examinations can come with a number of challenges, especially when you consider the issues of distance, security, accommodation and other inconveniences. Because of this, Management is currently considering seeking approval to make it possible for students who wish to participate in the physical tutorial and subsequent examinations to stay within the campus hostel during this period at a cost. However, before any decision is made, we need to know how important this arrangement is to you. If you are interested in staying in the hostel during the tutorial and examination period, please take a few minutes to indicate your interest through the form below. Your response will help Management determine the level of demand and whether pursuing the approval will be worthwhile. 👉 Submit your response here: https://forms.gle/zwP1Ee869SzmsEpP8 Your feedback matters. Please respond if this arrangement would be helpful to you.

*NOTICE OF OPENING OF PORTAL FOR SECOND INSTALLMENT SCHOOL FEE PAYMENT (2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION)* This is to inform all students that the University Portal has been reopened for the payment of the Second Installment of School Fees for the 2026/2027 Academic Session. This opportunity also extends to the few newly admitted students who were unable to resume during the First Semester of the 2026/2027 Academic Session. *Important Information* Students are advised to carefully read and comply with the following guidelines before making any payment: *1: Payment is strictly for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.* Before making any payment, confirm that your portal dashboard displays 2026/2027 as your current academic session. Since we are currently in the Second Semester of the 2026/2027 Academic Session, no payment should be made to any other sessions but the current one. *2: Course Registration Remains Closed.* Since the First Semester examination results have already been uploaded, the course registration portal will remain closed. This is to prevent the resetting of students' course registrations, which could lead to the disappearance of already uploaded results. *3: School Fee Payment Does Not Automatically Register Courses.* Students who successfully pay the Second Installment of their school fees during this period are required to complete their Second Semester course registration through the Webmaster's Office at the Centre. *4: Requirement for Newly Admitted Students.* Newly admitted students intending to resume in the Second Semester must have formally applied for the deferment of their First Semester (2026/2027) and obtained official approval from the Centre before making any payment. *5: Do Not Pay Under the Wrong Academic Session.* If your portal dashboard displays any academic session other than 2026/2027, do not make any payment. Such payments will not qualify for course registration or result processing and may therefore be forfeited. *Summary* Only students whose portal dashboard displays the 2026/2027 Academic Session and who satisfy the above conditions should proceed with payment. Students who do not meet these requirements are strongly advised not to make any payment until their portal status has been corrected or the necessary approval has been obtained from the Centre.

Certainly. Here's a corresponding notice directed specifically to the students: NOTICE TO ALL FINAL YEAR RESEARCH PROJECT STUDENTS Good day. This is to inform all final year students undertaking their research projects that supervisors have been directed to commence the submission of project scores to the Examinations and Records Unit from next week. Students who are yet to complete their research work are therefore advised to immediately liaise with their assigned supervisors and ensure that all outstanding corrections, submissions, and other project requirements are completed without further delay. Any student who fails to maintain communication with their supervisor or neglects to complete the required project activities may not have their project score submitted, which could affect their graduation process. Students experiencing genuine challenges with project supervision should promptly report such issues to their respective Departmental Coordinators for appropriate intervention. All final year students are strongly encouraged to treat this notice with the urgency it deserves and take all necessary steps to ensure the successful completion of their research projects within the stipulated timeframe. Thank you.
