Сливки кокосовые - 150 мл
Томаты вяленые - 85г
Макароны отварные
Томаты нарезала соломкой.
Сливки вылила на сковородку. Средний нагрев, у меня 6 из 9. Сковорода с толстым дном. Перемешала, чтобы стали однородными.
К сливкам отправила томаты. Греем, помешиваем. Томаты должны отдать свой вкус сливкам. Они перебьют вкус кокоса. Можно добавить чеснок.
Смесь начала закипать, выключила. Выложила на макароны и всё.
Мне хватило на 2 порции для взрослых.
