Simple Present Tense
Use with Examples
The simple present tense is used to talk about actions that are regular, habitual, factual, or generally true.

1. To express habitual or routine actions
Used for things we do every day or regularly.
Examples:
I wake up early every day.
She goes to school by bus.
They play cricket in the evening.

2. To express general facts and universal truths
Used for facts that are always true.
