| 2 | “If you still believe that “waking up” is just about exposing conspiracies and arresting all the “bad guys,” or eliminating evil externally, you are severely mistaken. Nor is it about ignoring evil, taking the philosophical “non-duality” bypass, and focusing only on “love and light."
All of these assumptions reveal a fundamental misunderstanding of evil, particularly its cosmic function as a force of ignorance, and what is truly required to eliminate it for good. You cannot move toward a higher consciousness until you have sincerely faced the darkness, both within yourself and in the world.
Anything less is avoidance. Anything less becomes a spiritual persona, a mask made of beautiful words, quotes, and ideas about what you think it means to be “spiritual.”
This is one of the core problems in New Age and pop-spirituality today. It also mirrors the deeper corruption of religion and the loss of esoteric truth in modern spirituality. God is peace. But God is also war.
No one escapes the Law of Ascent and Descent, not the individual, and not the collective. I’ve explored this before in my work, and its effects are becoming more apparent and intense in our current time.
It requires a descent into darkness before there can be a real ascent into embodied higher consciousness. The nature of true transformation is a battle, but its successful outcome is glorious, magnificent, and beyond what the mind can comprehend.
That’s why the spiritual warrior who serves the Divine with sincerity, humility, and courage, without blame or complaint, and who is rooted in the true Self and aligned with purpose through sincere psycho-spiritual work, does more to uplift humanity and the collective consciousness than millions who fight shadows on the wall, unaware of the deeper forces.”

| 3 | “If you look around our culture, it’s extremely common to see positive projections turn into negative ones. This happens whenever we put someone on a pedestal and then discover that they're actually a flawed human, or that they have traits that don't match up to the projected idea of who we thought they were.
The positive projections tend to turn to completely negative at that point, and we feel a desire to take that person down. They are the best in the world one moment, and they're the worst thing in the world the next.
It’s a disorientating experience when the reversal happens in a relationship, whether you're on the receiving end or you are the one projecting, because someone you loved and you felt was the most amazing thing in the world, suddenly becomes someone you despise.
This happens when the person carrying your inner gold has disappointed or hurt you in some way, or maybe they're simply too human to live up to this idealized person you expected them to be.
When the projection falls, the gold, which is emotionally charged with all of your deepest longings and unlived life, turns into resentment.
As Robert Johnson said, “If someone has your gold, or even if you just think they have taken your gold, and then they displease you, you might become furious.” This happens all the time.
It’s important to catch ourselves at this point and realize it’s the end of the projection falling, because if we don’t, we often fall into a power struggle.”

| 5 | “To understand the spiritual war, you first have to understand yourself. Benevolent and malevolent beings are constantly influencing us, higher forces and lower forces, and what you are influenced by all depends on your level of consciousness and being.
The more unconscious you are, either through trauma, wounding, taking drugs regularly, consuming violent media, or simply being identified with a false self, the more you are influenced by evil forces.
The more you do psychological inner work to clear out what is in the way of your connection to God and have a consistent spiritual practice with prayer, the more you can align with benevolent forces and be more discerning when the malevolent ones try to infect you.
Spiritual warriors have done the work to be in connection with the true self and anchor its connection with the higher self.

| 6 | “One of the primary issues in our current culture is that we actively support and worship inflated egos. We are in an epidemic of narcissism, which ties into what Krishnamurti said about pathology becoming normalized.
It also ties into a book written in 1979 called The Culture of Narcissism by Christopher Lasch, where he argued that America was shifting away from a culture built on genuine achievement and community toward one increasingly defined by self-absorption and a desperate need for external validation.
He also talked about how our culture has lost its shared moral framework, meaning its connection to history and a sense of genuine community, which has left people starving for meaning. Modern cults promise relief and offer an escape from the slow, painful work of being with your wounds and limitations.
Carl Jung also pointed this out in his own way, talking about how an absence of relationship with God, the transcendental, has led people into worshiping the world or themselves as substitutes for God.
Now, in spiritual terms, you can receive a download, get a DNA upgrade, or dissolve into oneness and bypass all of it. The idea of transformation gets sold instead of the real thing.”

| 7 | “This is the age in which humanity has become the most separated from the Divine. It is also the age in which hostile forces have the greatest access to humanity through fear, disembodiment, fragmentation, ignorance, and the loss of conscious connection to the spiritual world.
The transition out of this age is not smooth or comfortable. It is a purification phase. Everything hidden is being brought to the surface: the personal shadow, the collective shadow, karmic residues, and the hidden forces that have been influencing humanity from behind the veil.
It is the apocalypse, which is the great unveiling. We are not alone, and we’ve never been alone. We are approaching what some esoteric traditions have called “the unveiling of the heaven of the gods.
There are forces and beings from unseen realms that have influenced humanity for thousands of years, and no one is exempt from their influence. Part of spiritual work and the awakening process is becoming aware of what influences us and developing the discernment to recognize what is what.
As one opens to higher levels of awareness and begins to develop spiritual perception, contact with these beings and forces becomes inevitable in one form or another. This is why inner differentiation is so essential: to clearly recognize what to accept and integrate, and what to reject.
The thinning of the veil not only reveals higher spiritual realities. It also exposes us more directly to deception, impostor beings, false light, and the occult forces that have been influencing humanity for a long time.
At the same time, powerful Divine forces are guiding and assisting humanity through this critical phase. At the hyperdimensional spiritual level, this manifests as a “war through us.” The most critical choice is what we align ourselves with and what we consent to.”

| 9 | “The reason fragmentation or inflation occurs during a spiritual awakening is related to something called ego strength. Which is often misunderstood in a spiritual context because the focus is usually on dissolving the ego. But ego strength, in psychological terms, is healthy and necessary when engaging with inner work.
In Jung's model of the psyche, the ego is the I, your center of conscious awareness. A strong ego does not mean you're narcissistic; it means you have a healthy degree of self-awareness where you can relate to the contents of your psyche without being identified with them.
You can have a bad feeling without thinking, “I am a bad person.” You can feel difficult emotions without being overwhelmed by them, you can tolerate uncertainty and ambiguity without rushing into a story.
You can take in critical feedback without collapsing into shame or becoming defensive. You can also witness your thoughts and feelings without dissociating from them or completely identifying with them.
One of the big aspects of ego strength is being able to hold paradox within yourself and your relationships: allowing yourself to make mistakes and still believe in your inherent goodness, and allowing someone in your life to hurt or disappoint you without you splitting and then suddenly calling them an evil person.
This is ultimately the goal, and the fruit of psychological work and spiritual practice: to observe feelings and thoughts without identifying with them.”

| 11 | “There are all kinds of forces, entities, and beings that hijack our minds and work through us. That's how wetiko works, it hijacks our creativity so these forces can create their desired reality through us and our mechanical reactions.
Something foundational to understand is that they need an entry point. They can tap into our different parts, our protective mechanisms, and the parts of ourselves we've exiled. They create alliances, so to speak, with parts of ourselves via traps of agreement.
When we're disembodied and not connected to self, that's when these forces come in. It's not necessarily that they fully possess us; they influence us through suggestion, as the Mother would say.
Then we take these suggestions or thoughts as our own, and it creates a certain reaction. It's also about understanding the porosity of the mind, meaning the mind is permeable. It’s not an enclosed citadel separated from everything else.
Other forces can flow through us all the time and can initiate certain thoughts and emotional states, but the more we're connected to self-energy, the less hold these forces have on us.
The more we're connected to higher divine forces, the more we become vessels for benevolent forces, spirit guides, our daemon, our creative spirit, and our angel. We need to open ourselves in a grounded manner, not a dissociated one. Understanding occult laws and traps of agreement is key.”

| 12 | “[A powerful spiritual experience can end in spiritual emergency]. And if that spiritual emergency isn’t integrated, and the hardened ego doesn’t dissolve into a more humble, healed, grounded, and integrated self, people tend to tip in one of two directions: inflation or fragmentation.
When they inflate, they do what Carl Jung called identifying with the archetypes, which is developmentally very dangerous. Their language then centers on being chosen or special.
They might claim to be a Pleiadian, an alien, a holy figure, a starseed, or a lightworker who has been given “special codes” to awaken humanity. They can also take on a very rigid religious identity as well.
If they fragment, which means they slowly lose their connection to themselves and their relationships, they tend to isolate as they psychologically disintegrate. In both cases, the person loses their connection to reality.
The issue in conventional psychiatry when this happens is they label it as psychosis or hallucination and then jump in, medicate the person, and put them on drugs and whatnot.
Materialistic psychiatry and psychology deny that these spiritual experiences are real and use drugs to suppress the experience entirely. That doesn’t heal it and sets off a whole other array of problems and issues down the road.
The person goes numb, and the transpersonal connection will likely become disconnected. They often get stuck in some sort of frozen state, held functional on psychiatric drugs or even ending up institutionalized.

| 13 | We have an entire culture that rewards spiritual narcissism and grandiosity and can no longer differentiate between true spiritual awakening and spiritual psychosis.
Sometimes a person goes to an ayahuasca ceremony, breathwork retreat, meditation intensive, or has a powerful mystical experience, and instead of becoming more humble, grounded, and embodied, they become more inflated, grandiose, dissociated, or detached from reality.
They come back claiming to be awake or to have been saved by Jesus, and that they are chosen. Some claim they received special codes and knowledge indicating they are in contact with aliens, ascended masters, or spirit guides who transmit information only they have access to.
All of a sudden, they are a “shaman,” a “spiritual teacher,” a “starseed,” a “lightworker,” or a “grid worker.”
They build a new identity around the experience and mistake it for spiritual realization and awakening, when in fact they have fallen more deeply into illusion and grandiosity. They are “dreaming to be awake,” as Gurdjieff would say.
The ego starts to become spiritualized, they begin to identify with archetypes, and they are easily deceived by imposter spirits.
In fact, if there is unresolved trauma, a fragile sense of self, unprocessed shame, or no real grounded psychological foundation, the experience can make the person worse.
The light that breaks through can illuminate everything they have suppressed. And if they cannot integrate it, they may either inflate into spiritual grandiosity or fragment into dissociation.
This is one of the great dangers in modern spirituality.
On top of that, we live in a world where a materialistic worldview dominates and labels any spiritual experience as hallucination, with no real framework to help people who are going through a spiritual emergency.

| 14 | “We need to differentiate between what's a strong emotion versus what is true intuition. A lot of us are mainly guided by strong emotions; we like things, we don't like things, we want to avoid painful thoughts and experiences, and we want to move towards experiences which are not painful. There's an inherent survival instinct within that, but then we tend to just go wherever our emotions guide us.
There’s also the issue in the New Age, when people say, “Just trust your feelings and follow your heart” - that can be very deceptive because just having positive feelings does not mean something is true or it's coming from higher guidance.
Positive feelings can happen because you feel that this is going to get you approval from other people and your parents, or it can be coming from your own conditioning. Feelings are information, but they're not inherently trustworthy in themselves.
This is why it’s really important to be aware of your own inner world, your own emotions, to be able to quiet the mind, and to process some of the emotions from your past so that they're not guiding you every which way and clouding your intuition.
There is a sense of equanimity and objectivity and a calm mind that's necessary in order to feel that intuitive guidance.
For myself, if my mind is spiraling mentally around an issue, I'm not going to be able to hear intuition or higher guidance, but when I feel centered, present, and mentally still, then I actually get that guidance.”

Creativity expressed becomes a channel for God’s higher wisdom and knowledge, it’s a way your higher self and angels can speak to you and guide you through inspiration, while creativity suppressed becomes a portal for demons.
This is why so many deeply creative people suffer sometimes, even to the point of suicide. Their daimon (creative guiding force) has become a demon (destructive force).
To create is to allow yourself to be a channel for the divine’s infinite creative wisdom. To suppress your creative potential to create is to invite its shadow. The choice is yours: Will you let your creativity be your salvation, or will you suppress it until it becomes your undoing?”

| 16 | “The deeper question is: What is the story we are being guided into? What are people being prepared to believe, fear, trust, worship, or consent to? I don't see disclosure as a neutral act that finally reveals the Truth. It looks more like the formalization of a narrative.
The issue is not only what is being disclosed, but how it is framed, what is emphasized, what is omitted, what worldview is being installed, and what kind of relationship humanity is being prepared to enter with nonhuman intelligences and unseen forces, which I don't doubt exist.
I'm also not denying the physical side of the UFO event; it's not black-and-white, but the physical effects don't automatically prove a purely physical origin. A phenomenon can affect the physical world without originating strictly from the physical world.
For the most part, it can even be a symptom of a nonphysical, spiritual, interdimensional technology. That's also why this whole advanced alien technology narrative is so deceptive. For a lot of people, it’s the dangling carrot.
Beyond the lights in the sky or secret government programs, we need to look at what reality is, what forces influence all of us without exception, and what kind of beings or intelligence may have been interacting with us from unseen realms under different names, mythologies, and masks.”

| 17 | My new article is a foundation piece for what I understand as psychospiritual work and why I believe it is essential during the Time of Transition.
We are living in a period of global and cosmic upheaval, where most people are disembodied, dissociated, and dysregulated.
It shows up as a loss of a spiritual orientation, psychological fragmentation, and a deepening disconnection from the Divine in the midst of technological seduction, deceptive spiritual teachings, corrupted religious dogma, and the increasing influence of unseen forces that most people are unaware of.
In times like these, psychological work alone is not enough, and spiritual work alone is not enough.

| 18 | “Gurdjieff talked about how if you’re not able to discern the truth and lies within yourself, you’re not able to discern truth and lies in the world. And what does he mean by that?
He means we have all these different parts within ourselves. From an esoteric or psychological perspective, these parts can filter and cloud our perception or pollute our perception.
We can easily have a trauma response, thinking this is our true self coming through, or it could be sub-personalities coming through, an inner child we identify with, which we mistake for the true self.
Our shadow gets triggered, and we project it externally into the world. And many other forces can influence us, which ties into spiritual warfare.
A lot of people acknowledge the idea of spiritual warfare, especially nowadays, but people are still externally oriented, not understanding that the number one task to face in spiritual warfare is understanding what is affecting you and what forces are working through you.
Because our mind is porous, we are constantly influenced by all kinds of thought forms, entities, beings, our inner parts, shadow parts, and sub-personalities. So we need to be able to differentiate within ourselves what is what. This is the task of the great work.
And only until you have a better grasp on that can you then have a better grasp on “outside events,” so your perception and discernment don’t get polluted unconsciously or distorted through your own stuff or things that you’re not even aware of.”

You paint your inner world onto the outer world. Your relationship to both yourself, and the outer world changes when you transform the inner world. This is the alchemy of the soul.”
