Role The incumbent is responsible for managing the end to end Accounts and finance function of the group. The position is Head of F&A/ Financial Controller / GM Finance, reporting to Joint Managing Director Location : Belgaum Salary : 30.00 lacs Responsibilities Preparation of AOP and budget for the all the units in the group. • Consolidation of the accounts of all units in the group and corporate. • Prepare, audit and finalize P&L & Balance sheet for all units and consolidated. • Prepare, analyze and Consolidate MIS for all units and present to the Management periodically. • Co-ordinate with internal auditors and external auditors for finalization of accounts, P&L and tax audits. • Liasioning with banks, tax authorities etc • Compliance of GST, Income Tax and other applicable taxes. • Improvising the existing SAP Operations and synchronization with other functions. • Prepare and report Fund planning, working & cash flow plan to the Management. • Arranging OD, short term, long term debts from the financial institutions as and when required. • Take measures to cost control • Regular review of creditors & debtors.
