(As I told him leaving my job was part of bigger plan that I had my self, and gave financial and other reason by which they all seemed satisfied) handed me over to P1 P1- what is the condition of drinking water supply in your Village? P2-you worked in IRCON, what was your role? From this point whole interview was like situation based questions. How would you complete a project if the officials want you complete it in 1 yr and completion time is 2 yrs? What all machineries you would adopt? How would you complete project if the funds are not sufficient (hinting towards PPP models) How would you ensure that PPP models are implemented smoothly?how would you ensure both parties are satisfied? What is EPC contract? P3 We all are talking about smart cities, but How would you improve villages fromcivil engineering point of view? (Here I talked about infrastructure improvement in villages, all the govt schemes har Ghar jal scheme, PMGSY) You talked about modernization and use of machinery in one of your answer,  If all the machines are so advanced why are not wile shifting till now? You are from jaipur, and jaipur is famous for architecture, tell me how would you blend old structures with new construction ( I talked about how govt is adopting this in schemes like Amrit Bharat station scheme) As a team leader How would you motivate your engineers for work? (I talked about the pride associated with civil engineering projects, the legacy of such huge projects and all they all seemed satisfied) Okay this is the last question.
