These must be some of the most severe words ever uttered by Jesus.
How did Christians who addressed Jesus with the earnest “Lord, Lord”, or who did spectacular things in His name, end up receiving such a deathly pronouncement from Jesus on that day?

Sunday service feeds you. But cell group is where you grow. 🐥
We asked four church leaders what the small group really does that the big gathering can't... and what to do if you're an introvert who dreads mingling.

Church camp is not a break from real life. It's preparation for it. Here's what the Bible says about why God's people retreat together, and how to make sure you don't leave empty-handed.

There are over 1,000 children in Singapore's out-of-home care system right now.
As of late 2024, 530 are in foster homes. But hundreds more are still living in children's homes, because there simply aren't enough families stepping forward.
And there are roughly 1,000 registered churches in Singapore. What if each church had just one foster parent, loving one child?
It’s not easy. But it’s possible, and it's perhaps the most practical way to love.
Every child deserves a home – a safe place where they feel wanted and loved. If this is something on your heart, would you consider fostering? ❤️

This weekend, you'll give a lot. Make sure you're giving it to the right Person, in the right spirit.
A word on excellence, perfectionism and the grace that meets us in our lack. 🌼

The foster children under Renfred and Monica’s care never called them Mum or Dad.
These kids come in as teenagers. Some had already moved through several homes. The couple still hoped these children would one day reconcile with their own parents, so they were always just Uncle and Auntie to the kids.
But one day, a school counsellor pulled them aside and told them, "Do you know she refers to you as her Mum and Dad?" They didn't ask for it, nor did they expect it. But in that moment, they felt that all the love they had quietly poured in was seen. ❤️

After Renfred and Monica got married, they had a room they kept empty in their new house – for whoever needed it. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, people came and went as they sought temporary refuge. Then the room was quiet again.
For months that followed, fostering had been on Monica’s mind. One night in bed, she asked her husband, “What if (the system) doesn’t accept us?"
"That's a decision the government makes. Let's fill up the form right now – and leave the rest to God."
From the DINK life to foster parents, it didn't start with a perfect plan. It started with a form, a prayer, and a leap of faith.

You see something off in a brother's life. You know you should say something. But you don't. You send a prayer request instead, or you mention it to someone else, or you just leave it.
Matthew 18 has something to say about that.

Working past midnight. No time for family, friends, or God. Sound familiar? When work starts crowding out everything else, something's off.
Here's what it looks like to learn who you are in Christ — and how that changes the way you work.

Somewhere in your church, your neighbourhood, your everyday life, there's someone who feels a little "🟢🔠🔠".
Not quite belonging. Hoping someone will notice. You probably walk past them without realising.
This Drug Victims Remembrance Day, we're sharing the story of someone who knows that feeling better than most, and what it meant when people finally showed up for him: th1r.st/dvrd
You could be that person for someone.

Some loves don't let you go.
They search for you at 2am. They feed you ten thousand meals. They forgive you when you don't deserve it. They pray for you when you've stopped praying for yourself.
This is what a mother's love looks like. And for many of us, it's the first place we ever saw Jesus.
This Mother's Day, we're honouring the women who showed us Home.

The best lessons on womanhood I ever received? I didn't hear them. I watched them.
Happy (early) mother's day to the women who showed us what it looks like to live with grace. 🤍

The voices that keep you up at night have names. Anxiety. Burnout. Comparison. And they will never, ever stop texting.
But there's a better Friend. One who won't make you spiral, shrink or size yourself up against everyone else. He just offers you rest.
Tap through to meet Him... and see the friends worth blocking. 😇
