Stock Control & Accuracy* • Ensure 100% accuracy in physical vs. system stock (SAP). • Conduct daily cycle counts, weekly verification, and monthly stock audits. • Oversee material accounting, adjustments, and timely closure of discrepancies. *C. Stores Operations & Material Handling* • Implement FIFO / FEFO across all material categories. • Ensure proper storage, binning, and location management. • Maintain 5S, safety, and housekeeping in the stores area. • Coordinate with production for material issuance through the KANBAN/Pull system (if applicable). *D. Documentation & Compliance* • Maintain all store documents as per internal & external audit requirements. • Support IATF/TS 16949 documentation related to material traceability. • Ensure proper record keeping for inward/outward materials and returnable/non-returnable gate passes. *E. MIS & Reporting* • Prepare and update: o Daily/Weekly/Monthly Inventory MIS o Material movement reports o Slow-moving/Non-moving/Dead stock reports o Stock variance and aging reports o Rejection/return material reports • Present data for management review and cost-control initiatives. *F. Team Leadership* • Manage the Stores team (Storekeepers, Assistants, Forklift Operators). • Train and develop team members on ERP/SAP usage, FIFO, stock control, and documentation. *G.
