സുപ്രീം കോടതിയുടെയും ഹരിത ട്രൈബ്യൂണലിന്റെയും നിർദ്ദേശമനുസരിച്ച് സംസ്ഥാന പൊല്യൂഷൻ കൺട്രോൾ ബോർഡുകളിലെ ഒഴിവുകൾ എത്രയും വേഗം നികത്തണമെന്ന് കോടതി ശക്തമായ താക്കീത് നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി ബാക്ക്ലോഗ് ഒഴിവുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെ കണ്ടുപിടിച്ച് K-SPARK വഴി PSC-ക്ക് കൃത്യമായി റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യാൻ ബോർഡ് നടപടികൾ ആരംഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്നുമാണ് അറിയാൻ കഴിയുന്നത്.
നിലവിലുള്ള റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിന്റെ കാലാവധി അവസാനിക്കാറായതും, പുതിയ ഒഴിവുകൾ വരും മാസങ്ങളിൽ കൂടുതൽ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യാൻ സാധ്യതയുള്ളതുമായ സാഹചര്യമാണ് നിലവിലുള്ളത് എന്നും നേരിട്ട് PSC യിലേക്ക് വിളിക്കുമ്പോൾ പറയുന്നത്. എന്നിരുന്നാലും ബോർഡിന്റെ അകത്തു നടക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ മറ്റു PSC ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർക്ക് അറിയാൻ സാധിച്ചെന്നു വരില്ല.
ഇത്രയും കാര്യങ്ങൾ അറിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ open ആയി തന്നെ നിങ്ങളോട് പറഞ്ഞിട്ട് batch ആരംഭിക്കാം എന്നാണ് ഞാൻ കരുതുന്നത്. High demand വെച്ച് നിങ്ങളെ ബാച്ചിൽ ചേർത്ത് cash നേടാൻ ഞാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നില്ല. Students പഠിക്കാനുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഞാൻ ഒക്ടോബർ 26 ന് തുടങ്ങും. പിന്നീട് നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ വന്നാൽ നമ്മൾ അതേ രീതിയിൽ തന്നെ continue ചെയ്യും. ഇനി 6 - 8 മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ വന്നില്ല എന്നാണെങ്കിൽ എന്റെ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും ബാച്ചിൽ ആ students ന് fee consideration തരാം. അതല്ല വേണ്ടതെങ്കിൽ 25% fee return ചെയ്യാം. കാരണം നിങ്ങൾക്കൊപ്പം ഞാനും work ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. ആ കിട്ടിയ മെറ്റീരിയൽ നിങ്ങൾ self study ചെയ്തു പിന്നീട് ഉപയോഗിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.അതിനാൽ full amount refund ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കില്ലലോ.
Age over extend ചെയ്തിട്ടും നമുക്ക് പറ്റിയ പുതിയ നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ ഒന്നും വരാത്തതിനാൽ പല students ഉം കുറേ നാളുകളായി എന്നോട് ചോദിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ് JSA/FSO/DFI batch തുടങ്ങാനായിട്ട്.. FSO യുടെ കാര്യം ഞാൻ നേരത്തെ പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നല്ലോ.. DFI യും സംശയത്തിലാണ്. പിന്നെയും നമുക്ക് പ്രതീക്ഷ ഉള്ളത് ഇതിലാണ്. അതിനാലാണ് ഈ ബാച്ച് തുടങ്ങാൻ വിചാരിച്ചത്.
Already join ചെയ്ത students നോടാണ്..നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഏതെങ്കിലും രീതിയിൽ ഇപ്പോൾ ഒരു confusion വന്നിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഒക്ടോബർ 24 നുള്ളിൽ എന്നെ അറിയിച്ചാൽ നിങ്ങൾ അടച്ച full amount refund ചെയ്യുന്നതായിരിക്കും. അതിന്റെ പേരിൽ എനിക്ക് നിങ്ങളോട് യാതൊരു പരിഭവവും തോന്നില്ല. പിന്നീട് മനസ്സിൽ പോലും ചെരേണ്ടിയിരുന്നില്ല എന്നൊരു തോന്നൽ വരാൻ പാടില്ല. അതിനാലാണ് ഇത്രയും നിങ്ങളെ ഇപ്പോൾ അറിയിക്കുന്നത്. സംശയത്തോടെ എന്റെ കൂടെ നിൽക്കുന്നവരെ എനിക്ക് ചേർത്ത് പിടിക്കാൻ ആവില്ല. പഠിക്കാൻ ആളുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഞാൻ JSA batch മുന്നോട്ട് കൊണ്ടു പോകും. കാരണം ഇപ്പോൾ നമുക്ക് ചെയ്യാൻ വേറൊന്നും ഇല്ല. പെട്ടന്ന് നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ വന്നാൽ പിന്നീട് പഠിക്കാൻ സമയം കുറവായിരിക്കും.
