A very simple recipe for those who don't like or just have no idea how to cook according to the "throw it in and wait" method.
You can make it in a pot, pan or multicooker.
Well, let's go.
1. Put chopped onion in a pot, then add small pieces of beef. Put soaked chickpeas, chopped carrots, celery stalks, 3 cloves of garlic and mushrooms on top.
2. Add half a cup of water, put the bay leaf, cover with a lid, and leave to stew for 1.5 hours.
3. After that, add salt, pepper, spices, stir and leave to stew for another 30 minutes, or even better an hour.
The meat gets really soft and juicy.

Milky Berry Mousse
Ingredients:
• milk mixture - 2 tbsp.
• gelatin - 1 tbsp.
• berries - 1 tbsp.
Method:
1. Pour 2 tablespoons of water over gelatin and let swell. After the gelatin has grown, place the cup in the microwave for 25-40 seconds.
2. Dilute the milk mixture with warm water and add the gelatin to it.
3.Mash the berries in a blender, add to the milk and stir with a whisk.
4. The resulting mass should be placed in the refrigerator for a while to solidify.

Pikeperch and Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
• pikeperch - 50g
• potato - 1 pc.
• carrot - 1 pc.
• zucchini - 1/2 pc.
• onions - 1/2 pc.
• vegetable oil - 1 tsp.
• water - 200ml
• dill, salt - to taste
Method:
1. Knead the pikeperch fillet well with your hands and check for bones.
2. Boil or steam the fish for 15 minutes.
3. Grate carrots on a fine grater, chop potatoes into small cubes, chop onions as well. Throw the vegetables into boiling water.
4. After 10 minutes, add chopped zucchini and cook until the vegetables are boiled.
5. Add the cooked fish, vegetable oil and chopped dill in the vegetable broth and boil for 2 more minutes.
