Pikeperch and Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
• pikeperch - 50g
• potato - 1 pc.
• carrot - 1 pc.
• zucchini - 1/2 pc.
• onions - 1/2 pc.
• vegetable oil - 1 tsp.
• water - 200ml
• dill, salt - to taste
Method:
1. Knead the pikeperch fillet well with your hands and check for bones.
2. Boil or steam the fish for 15 minutes.
3. Grate carrots on a fine grater, chop potatoes into small cubes, chop onions as well. Throw the vegetables into boiling water.
4. After 10 minutes, add chopped zucchini and cook until the vegetables are boiled.
5. Add the cooked fish, vegetable oil and chopped dill in the vegetable broth and boil for 2 more minutes.
Mango Puree
Ingredients:
• mango - 1 pc.
• water - 2 tbsp.
Method:

Flourless Baked Apples with Cottage Cheese
Ingredients:
100g cottage cheese briquette
1 egg
1 tbsp. poppy
1 tbsp. honey
150g apple
Method:
Mix well all the ingredients except apples in a deep container, leave for 5-10 minutes to make the poppy absorb the moisture (but this is not necessary). Meanwhile turn on the oven, wash and peel the apples, finely chop, add to the other ingredients, mix, transfer to a small container (grease lightly with oil) and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes (I baked in the middle, with upper and lower heat). When you take the casserole out of the oven, it may be some water on top, and it's okay, just leave it to cool and all the moisture will be absorbed. You can eat directly from the form or serve on a plate.
Lazy Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
Ingredients:
Ground beef - 400g
Cabbage - 200g
Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1/2 pc.
Water (to stew vegetables) - 100ml
Rice - 60g
Eggs - 1 pc.
Greens - parsley, green onions
Water (to pour) - 150ml
Yogurt/sour cream - 2 tbsp.

Method:
1. Roast the onions and carrots with a little sugar until soft, add the cabbage, salt and pepper. Pour a little water and stew for 7-10 minutes under a lid on low heat.
2. Put the stuffing in a deep bowl, add the vegetables, boiled rice, salt, pepper, egg, greens and mix thoroughly.
3. For the filling, take sour cream, tomato paste, water, salt and pepper. Mix.
4. Shape the stuffed cabbage rolls and place them on a baking tray. Pour with water and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
