A perianal annular rash is a rare type of skin issue that shows up as red, ring-shaped patches or plaques around the anus. These patches often have raised edges and may sometimes have white, scaly areas.
How Is This Linked to Syphilis?
In its secondary stage, syphilis often causes skin rashes. But sometimes, these rashes appear in unusual forms, like the ring-shaped ones near the anus.
Why Does the Rash Come Back?
If syphilis isn't fully treated or if your immune system is weakened, the infection can come back. This is called recurrent secondary syphilis. The bacteria can hide in your body and reappear, leading to rashes again. Factors that may cause a recurrence include:
Weak immune system: A low number of protective immune cells makes it harder for the body to fight off the infection.
Nerve involvement (neurosyphilis): The bacteria can enter the nervous system and reactivate later.

A perianal hematoma is a collection of blood that has leaked from a burst blood vessel around the anus. They appear as a bruised-looking bump near the anus, and can be uncomfortable or painful.
People may confuse these swellings with external hemorrhoids because both conditions cause sore lumps around the rectum. However, there are differences between the two conditions.
CAUSES
The blood vessels around the anus are small and sensitive to rises in pressure. Numerous factors can cause them to burst, or rupture. These include:
1. Lifting heavy weights
2. coughing or sneezing
3. straining during bowel movements
4. Chronic constipation
5. having Anal sex
6. a ruptured hemorrhoid
SYMPTOMS
1. pain
2. a dark, blue, or purplish lump near the edge of the anus
3. swelling
4. sensitivity to pressure
5. difficulty sitting
6. Bleeding can sometimes be a sign.

It is wrong and damaging to engage in anal sex when you've never prepped your hole for any kind of penetration. So many things can go wrong if not handled with care.
Your first time with an actual penis shouldn't bee traumatic. The anus and the vagina are two different organs that need different degrees of preparation before any of them can be banged.
Before you decide to bottom, do your research, ask the questions and practice on yourself—the most important part. With yourself, you can take time and get accustomed to it but when you're with someone especially an experience person, it's more difficult and more likely to end in tears—painful tears.
