12	PERIANAL HEMATOMA A perianal hematoma is a collection of blood that has leaked from a burst blood vessel around the anus. They appear as a bruised-looking bump near the anus, and can be uncomfortable or painful. People may confuse these swellings with external hemorrhoids because both conditions cause sore lumps around the rectum. However, there are differences between the two conditions. CAUSES The blood vessels around the anus are small and sensitive to rises in pressure. Numerous factors can cause them to burst, or rupture. These include: 1. Lifting heavy weights 2. coughing or sneezing 3. straining during bowel movements 4. Chronic constipation 5. having Anal sex 6. a ruptured hemorrhoid SYMPTOMS 1. pain 2. a dark, blue, or purplish lump near the edge of the anus 3. swelling 4. sensitivity to pressure 5. difficulty sitting 6. 14	A WORD OF ADVICE It is wrong and damaging to engage in anal sex when you've never prepped your hole for any kind of penetration. So many things can go wrong if not handled with care. Your first time with an actual penis shouldn't bee traumatic. The anus and the vagina are two different organs that need different degrees of preparation before any of them can be banged.
