26 जनवरी का जश्न क्यों? 26 जनवरी 1950 गणतंत्र दिवस या संपूर्ण गुलामी का दिन ?? सबसे महत्वपूर्ण प्रश्न 26 जनवरी को गणतंत्र दिवस मनाने का आधार क्या है? अर्थात कारण क्या है? कारण महज इतना है कि 26 जनवरी 1950 को अंग्रेजों द्वारा थोपा गया Govt. Of India Act 1935 को कुछ अंग्रेजी चाटुकारों ने संविधान के रूप में लागु कर दिया था। भारतीय संविधान Govt of India Act के xerox copy के अलावा और कुछ भी नहीं है। जिसमें हुबहु इस एक्ट के 35,000 कानुन बिना comma, full stop बदले ही नकल कर लिया गया। जिसे अंग्रेजों ने भारत को अगले 1000 वर्षों तक गुलाम बनाए रखने के लिए बनाया था। जब तक अंग्रेज यहाँ पर थे बामुश्किल 35-40% भारतीय भुभाग ही उनके कब्जे में था अर्थात भारतीय उपमहाद्वीप का केवल 2/5 भाग ही गुलाम था। बाकि स्वतंत्र थे अथवा संघर्षरत थे। परंतु 1947 में तथाकथित स्वतंत्रता(Transfer of Power Agreement) के बाद अंग्रेजों के आदेश पर कुछ चापलूसों ने भारत के सभी 620 से भी अधिक राज रजवाड़े को साम-दाम-दंड-भेद कि विधि से एकीकृत कर अंग्रेजों के संसद और संविधान के अधीन कर दिया। इस प्रकार सम्पूर्ण भारत अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से उनका गुलाम हो गया। इसलिए भारत को Commonwealth Countries में Dominian State का दर्जा मिला हुआ है न कि एक Independent Nation का। Dominian States का अर्थ क्या होता है? एक बड़े राज्य के अधीन एक छोटा राज्य। इस बात साफ जाहिर होता है कि हमारा देश आज भी ब्रिटेन के अधीन ही है। भारत में आज भी चलने वाले कुछ कानुन कि बात कर ली जाए तो ये Dominion State वाली तस्वीर और साफ हो जाएगी। 1. Indian Civil Service Act ये 1861 का कानुन है जो आज भी चल रहा है। इसके तहत नौकरशाहों का चयन होता था जो अंग्रेजी हुकुमत में मुख्य सहायक होते थे। आज भी ये लोग गुलाम सरकार के मुख्य सहायक हैं। 2. Indian Police Act ये सन 1858 का कानुन है। इसकी स्थापना 1857 जैसी क्रांति के पूनरावृत्ति को रोकने के लिए हुई थी। इनका मुख्य काम अंग्रेजों और उनके चमचों(सरकारी अधिकारी) को क्राँतिकारियों से बचाने और सरकार के आदेशों का बलपूर्वक पालन करवाने के लिए हुआ था। जो आज भी खुले आम चल रहा है, केवल अंग्रेजों कि जगह उनकी गुलाम सरकार और नेताओं ने ले ली है। 3. Land Aquisition Act ये 1894 का कानुन है। इसकी स्थापना किसानों से उनकी जमीन छीनने के लिए हुई थी जो कि आज भी बदस्तुर जारी है। ताजा उदाहरण छत्तीसढ का है। जब लोगों ने जमीन देने से इनकार कर दिया तो सरकार के आदेश पर पुलिसवालों ने लोगों को केवल बेरहमी से पीटा ही ही नहीं अपितु सात से भी अधिक महिलाओं का नृशंस ब्लात्कार भी किया। 4.Indian Education Act 1835 इसे मैकाले ने बनाया था इसलिए इसे मैकाले शिक्षा पद्धति भी कहते हैं। जिसने हमारे गुरूकुल पद्धति जैसी सर्वश्रेष्ठ शिक्षा पद्धति को नष्ट कर पुरा शिक्षा व्यवस्था को ही चौपट कर दिया। जिसके अंतर्गत झूठे इतिहास लिखे गए, मुगलों को महान और हिंदुओं को कायर बतलाया गया। ताज महल, लालकिला जैसी अनेक भारतीय वास्तुकला कला मुगल स्मृति बताई गई। जिन मुगलों ने एक इंट भी यहाँ नही रखा था, उन्हें मध्यकालीन भारत का शिल्पी तक बताया गया। 5. Income Tax Act ये सन 1860 का कानुन है जो आज भी लागु है। जिसके तहत आज भी भारतीयों के खुन पसीने कि कमाई का 45-50% गुलाम सरकार युँ ही गटक जाती है। इसके अलावा कुछ और अजीबो गरीब कानुन हैं। जो भारत को ब्रिटिश उपनिवेश सिद्ध करने के लिए पर्याप्त है। ●IPC 147 में लिखा है कि ब्रिटिश कॉउंसिल या संसद कोई भी कानून/एक्ट में आज भी बदलाव कर सकता है। और भारत को मानना पड़ेगा। ● आज भी हमारे सविधान में 22 भाषा का स्थान में इंग्लिश कही नहीं है । फिर भी न्यायिक प्रकृया अंग्रेजी में ही होती है। ●आज भी हमारे देश में कोई राष्ट्रीय भाषा नहीं है। ●आज भी 2 anglo-indian के बिना संसद नही चलती, और राष्ट्रपति खुद उनका चुनाव करता है। ●आज भी ब्रिटेन कि महारानी का नाम भारत के राष्ट्रपति से पहले लिखा जाता है। ●आज भी ब्रिटिश राजघराने का कोई भी सदस्य बिना VISA के भारत में कहीं भी भ्रमण कर सकता है। उसे कोई रोक टोक नहीं होगी। उपरोक्त तथ्यों/तर्कों को समझकर बुद्धिजीवी स्वयं ही निर्णय करें की 26 जनवरी 1950 को भारत गणतंत्र हुआ था अथवा सम्पूर्ण परतंत्र??

There is no legal obligation for any person/s or people of any land to any summons (invitation) or illegal infringement upon international juristiction, to or by any 'tribunal' or entity claiming to concern itself with 'Humans, Human Rights or Human Health' in an organised effort to perniciously confuse its franchises with the people or assemblies ,groups of persons. Including the illegal 'use of' infringement upon your names. Crimes of infringement upon acts of constructive fraud & inland priacy are criminal offences. Any foreign incorporated entity proposing to use your name(s) for its own business is demonstratively a fraud, creating malicious mischief seeking to build upon former acts of piracy carried out by foreign governments acting in breach of trust and contract. All in contravention with national and international law, exacerbated by offers of fraudluent court proceedings. Which i reitterate again that, *people* have absolutely NO obligation to. A 'Human' in legalese is a 'thing' and only things can be held or owned as property. If you are claiming human rights then some assumed authority can hold you in custody as property just for calling yourself human.
