“Lora, how many more days do we have here? I would want us to explore more.” He said.

“This river is also the border of Zaire and Congo, also of Kinshasa and Brazzaville.” The young captain explained as slowed down somewhere in the middle of the river.
There were other boats, mostly passenger boats. Some also had tourists on board who seemed to enjoy the ride in one of the largest rivers on earth.
The boat captain gave Carlos a magazine with an open page with some facts about Congo river.
“I can see a lot of interesting facts here, like, Congo river is the deepest on earth, with one place reaching the depth of 220 meters. It is also the second longest in Africa, with 4,700 kilometers. It also is so much navigable, except that its final stretch has rapids that make it impossible for anyone to navigate up the river from the sea. The inga rapids.” Carlos said, reading some of those facts loudly for Lora to hear.
