В течение I и II тысячелетий н. э.

‼️ Official Update The issue has now been resolved, and the IranicDNA website will be available for use again soon. Due to disruptions caused by the ongoing war involving the United States, Israel, and Iran, some of the recently added samples were removed from the website. Restoring these samples may take some time, but we will work to add them back as soon as possible. If you notice any missing samples, incorrect data, or other errors while using the website, please report them to the admins so they can review and fix the issue. You can contact us by direct messages. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support.

Uruqtree - a new resource for Turkic Y-DNA research is now online. This platform collects and organizes individual and academic Y-DNA results from Turkic countries and Turkic-related communities. Important paternal lineages are labeled where possible, including tribes, clans, dynasties, and other historically significant groups. Its purpose is to make the genetic and historical connections between Turkic peoples easier to understand, both across wider regions and within internal communities. More results, lineage labels, maps, and features will be added as the project develops. Explore the platform and follow the updates if you are interested in Turkic genealogy, tribal lineages, population history, and Y-DNA research. https://uruqtree.com For contact: https://x.com/Azgesantde

R-YP1456. 🗡️ Georgian DNA Project

Haplogroup Distribution of Uzbeks from Southern Kazakhstan - 27 Y-STR Loci This article presents a population dataset of 27 Y-chromosomal short tandem repeat (Y-STR) loci obtained from 501 unrelated Uzbek males residing in southern Kazakhstan. Samples were collected from four geographic locations: Saryagash District (N = 79), Sayram District (N = 213), Taraz (N = 70), and Turkistan (N = 139). Haplogroup prediction based on Y-STR haplotypes showed that the paternal gene pool is mainly represented by haplogroups R1a (21.6%) and C2 (21.4%), followed by J2, R1b, N1, O2, and Q. Credit: Nrken19
