The camera issues dont detract as much as the guys think they did, but Blair keeps reiterating the important points and hammering them home, so hopefully it will resonate. I have arrived in Canberra to appear in person at the High Court. Tomorrow the White Australia Party will be prosecuting the Commonwealth. I also visited the Australian War Memorial to pay my respects to the ANZACs that fought for White Australia.

The High Court isn't being asked whether you like the White Australia Party, or whether you agree with its politics. It is being asked how far the government can go in restricting a political organisation, and what constitutional limits apply when the executive decides that organisation should be prohibited. Whatever the Court decides could have consequences far beyond this one party. Because governments change. And the powers governments create today don't necessarily stay in the hands of the people you agree with tomorrow.

A lot of people still don’t understand this, but the NSN model was two fold. - Spread the message of National Socialism, awaken the public to demographic replacement, debt slavery, etc. And importantly: - Delegitimise the system. NSN suspected the “freedoms” we had on paper weren’t actually usable, and would be snatched away by the government to ensure the message couldn’t be spread, and that’s exactly what has happened. You have to attack the systems legitimacy and that entails ripping their mask off and showing them for the tyrant they are. You don’t have freedoms unless you can actually use and exercise them. NSN tried to use them, and it’s culminated to this. A final test on whether we live in some semblance of liberal democracy or a tyranny.

Though a win seems possible, or even likely, it must be said that the entire purpose of these laws was to ban White Australia/NSN, and that this may not be the last set of laws drafted to that effect. It seems likely that after a loss like this, the state will redraft far more bulletproof laws that the other players may support, which still outright ban staunch Nationalism. This would potentially look like a "win" for the establishment right wing, in that it'll take the vagueness out of the laws and make them far more direct and simple, allowing figures like Pauline Hanson to champion them, while also being a win for the left for obvious reasons. Quote from today's article: Professor Gray said the federal government would likely attempt to redraft the legislation. "That's happened in the past where the Commonwealth has been knocked back by the High Court, they've then redrafted their law, and then that was deemed to be valid," he said.... ..."If the legislation is overturned, hopefully there'll be some guidance in there about how similar legislation can be brought forward that doesn't, in the opinion of the court, breach their concerns about the constitution." I'm not intending to throw cold water on anyone's hopes, but it's important to be realistic about this situation, and to be prepared for what comes next.

In other words: until the traitors are all in jail, dont relax. The fight isnt over until long after we come to power. Our enemies wont stop until they are properly defeated.

And just like that, Labor confirms the meme “it’s okay when we do it.” Claiming to be concerned about impinging on free speech in the week when its own legislation to outlaw nationalist political activism will be tested by the High Court.
