It is alleged investigators found a number of articles displaying offensive content and linked the website’s creation to a man, 60, from Sydney’s south. - NYPost article on the arrest.

Unless he was actively seeking to be jailed to make a point, this was not very clever. I recommend trying your best not to break the laws (no matter how repressive and injust they are), but if you are arrested anyway, then dont apologise or cooperate.
